甘肃·舟曲县 “山水新舟曲 藏乡小江南”

     大家好，我是甘肃舟曲县委书记石华雄，十分荣幸，今天能向大家介绍凤凰涅槃，浴火重生的新舟曲。

 

      舟曲位于甘肃南部，地处西秦岭岷迭山系与青藏高原边缘，陇东南历史文化区、川陕蜀道文化区、九寨黄龙生态旅游区和迭宕（地名）红色文化区的交汇地带。这里既有藏区的雄浑大气，又有江南的灵秀温婉，素有“藏乡小江南”“不二扬州”之美誉。

 

      【触摸舟曲，体会厚重的历史】

 

      舟曲历来是蜀道上兵家必争之地，史称“川陇钥匙”。特殊的地理位置造就了这里独特鲜明的绚烂文化。秦国遗地、三国姜维屯田、石门沟栈道、汉代华年古城等古文化遗址星罗棋布。国家级非物质文化遗产“多地舞”代代相传。舟曲“楹联文化”享誉全国，“元宵松棚楹联灯会”，将楹联、诗词、书法、灯艺与祭祖、社火、庙会等民俗活动融为一体，建成了“中国第一楹联文化街廊”。在这里，我们随意抓一把泥土，都蕴含着沉甸甸的民族文化底蕴。

      舟曲是山的国度，水的世界，享誉陇上的国家4A级旅游景区拉尕山，松涛与山峰争鸣；沙滩林区、大峡沟国家森林公园，千层竞秀、万壑争流；“陇上名秀”道观胜地翠峰山，寺庙群掩映于古柏松林间；朝水文化浓郁、风光秀美的巴寨沟，藏奇纳秀，扑朔迷离；这里还有林木苍翠大峡沟国家森林公园、宗教圣地赛尔布等特色景点100多处。在这里，随意走到哪里，都能看到一幅山青水秀、人间仙境的美丽画卷。

      Hello everyone：
 
      I am Shi Huaxiong, Secretary of the Zhouqu county party committee, Gansu province. I am very honored to introduce new Zhouqu, which is the nirvana of phoenix and the rebirth of fire.
 
      Zhouqu is located in the southern part of Gansu,edge of Mindie mountain system of western Qinling mountains and the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,intersection of Southeast of Gansu historical and cultural area,Sichuan Shaanxi Shudao cultural area,Jiuzhai Huanglong ecological tourist area,and Diedang (place name) red cultural area.It has both the magnificent atmosphere of the Tibetan area and the graceful and gentle of Jiangnan.known as "small Jiangnan Tibetan town" "another Yangzhou" reputation.       
 
      Touch Zhouqu, Experience the massive history

      Zhouqu has always been a strategic military on the road of Shu,known as "key of Sichuan and Gansu".The special geographical location creates a unique and distinctive gorgeous culture here.Ancient cultural sites such as the sites of the state of Qin,Jiang Wei of the Three Kingdoms wasteland,Shimengou plank road and Huannian ancient city of Han dynasty are scattered all over the place.The national intangible cultural heritage "Duodi dance" is handed down from generation to generation.Zhouqu’s "couplet culture" is famous throughout the country,  "Songpeng couplet lantern show of Lantern Festival", combine couplets, poetry, calligraphy,lamp art and ancestor worship,shehuo, temple fairs and other folk activities into one,built the "China's best couplet culture street".Here, we grab a handful of soil at will, contains heavy national culture.
 
      Cultural Zhouqu, bright pearl on Sichuan-Gansu’key

      Zhouqu is the country of mountains,the world of water,Laga mountain, famous national 4A tourist attractions,the soughing of the wind in the pines and mountains.Sandy beach forest area, Daxaigou national forest park, rocks contend for beauty and gully contend for flow.Cuifeng mountain, "Famous scenery of Gansu" Taoist resort,temples set among ancient cypress pine forest. Bazhaigou with rich Chaoshui culture and beautiful scenery,full of magic and show which is confusing.There are more than 100 characteristic attractions such as Daxianggou national forest park and Selb, a religious shrine.Here, wherever you go at will,you can see a beautiful picture of beautiful mountains and rivers as fairyland.
 
      Meet Zhouqu, feel long - lost homesickness

      Zhouqu also provides you with a place to fly your heart and a habitat to experience homesickness.In recent years, we have accelerated the development of rural tourism by taking the opportunity of establishing national tourism demonstration zones. Tuqiaozi village, examples of "China's top 100 beautiful villages" Gezaoba village, "six inches alley" on the Qinghai-Tibet plateau,Lingba village of "Chinese national learning village" deep in the mountains and other tourist villages are the best places for you to enjoy the delicious agricultural food, experience simple folk customs,and feel deep homesickness.Various folklore activities such as Boyu flower picking festival,Bazhai Chaoshui festival,Tiangan auspicious festival,Dongshan lantern Festival,Pingding horse running festival,the lunar January 19th "welcome mother-in-law" are fascinating.Here, caressing a breeze at will is a kind of rich and simple folk customs.

      Having survived the May 12 earthquake and the August 8 torrential mudslide disaster,the people of Zhouqu have carried forward “ Unyielding in disaster, unafraid in rescue,overcome difficulties and remain steadfast” disaster rescue and relief spirit.Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind,we will focus on recovery and reconstruction after the disaster with one hand,and economic and social development with another,and resolutely win the battle against poverty.Adhering to the development philosophy that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",and strive to build a well-off village with ecological civilization, build ecological homes and promote green rise.Today, a new Zhouqu "to the satisfaction of Zhouqu people,to the rest of the national people" has been completed.
