青山隐隐，芳草萋萋，蓝天碧水，牧歌飞扬。扎赉特，一个来过就不想离开的地方。我是内蒙古兴安盟扎赉特旗人民政府旗长赵田喜，今天我要向大家推介的就是这样一个美丽的地方。
【扎赉特：在小康路上大踏步前进】
扎赉特旗位于黑龙江、吉林、内蒙古三省区交界处，大兴安岭与松嫩平原在这里不期而遇，科尔沁草原与东北黑土地在这里携手相拥，游牧文明和农耕文明在这里充分融合，即有传承千年的博格达乌拉祭祀，又有中国最美休闲乡村。借助党的精准扶贫政策，2019年4月扎赉特旗正式退出国贫旗序列，这里的14万贫困群众摘掉了贫穷的帽子。如今，40万扎赉特人正在致富奔小康的路上大踏步前进。
【扎赉特：塞外粮仓绿色净土】
风过时闻稻花香,兴安岭下米粮仓。扎赉特旗被誉为“塞外粮仓”、“绿色净土”、“金稻之乡”。在近600万亩耕地中，有420万亩被国家农业农村部，认定为全国绿色食品原料标准化基地，连续12年获得全国产粮大县称号，境内建有国家首批现代农业示范区、中国有机水稻生产示范基地。
随着兴安盟大米享誉国内外，扎赉特味“稻”也被更多的人熟知。扎赉特旗是兴安盟水稻主产区，位于神奇的北纬46度线上，在这一世界公认的寒地水稻黄金带上，纯净无污染的天然河流和有机质含量较高的黑土地，孕育了90万亩绿色稻田。这里已建成全国最大的旱作水稻种植基地，水稻旱作技术的推广，成功打破了“水稻离不开水”的传统种植理念。“稻—鱼”“稻—鸭”“稻—蟹”“稻—虾”的种养结合模式，实现了一地多收。这里的稻田可以私人订制，全程溯源，让您在家轻松当上农场主，圆您一个农耕梦。

Jalaid: We are making great strides on the road to prosperity
The Jalaid Banner is located at the junction of Heilongjiang, Jilin and Inner Mongolia.The Great Xing'an Mountains and the Songnen Plain meet by accident here.The Horqin Grassland and the black soil of the Northeast embrace here.The nomadic civilization and the agricultural civilization are fully integrated.There are Bogda Wula sacrifices that have been inherited for thousands of years,and there are also the most beautiful leisure villages in China. With the help of the Party's precise poverty alleviation policy,in April 2019, Jalaid Banner officially withdrew from the national poverty Banner sequence,and 140,000 poor people here took off their poverty hats.Today, 400,000 Jalaid people are making great strides on the road to becoming rich and well-off.
