吕梁，红心永铸。曾是红军东征主战场，晋绥边区首府和中央后委机关所在地，革命圣地延安的东部屏障。1948年，毛主席等老一辈无产阶级革命家东渡黄河夜宿临县碛口古镇，后转西柏坡指挥了全国解放战争。2017年6月，习总书记到山西视察，第一站来到了晋绥边区革命纪念馆，留下了深深嘱托。一片黄土地，两代领航人，不同的领袖和时代，一样的情怀和使命。
吕梁，黄河为带、黄土为依。古老的黄河沿境而过，黄土高坡绵延起伏，黄河文明与黄土文化交汇相融，成就了“九曲黄河第一镇”临县碛口古镇、“天下黄河第一湾”石楼黄河奇湾。
吕梁，黑金富藏。境内矿产资源有40余种，煤、铝、铁储量占山西省的三分之一以上，已形成煤焦化产业基地，镁铝材产业集群，经济总量居全省第二，致力于资源转型的吕梁在“黑色精细化”道路上越走越铿锵。
吕梁，白酒飘香。中华白酒第一村——杏花村酒香飘千年，汾酒、竹叶青享誉海内外。世界第一酒城——中国汾酒城，集汉唐、明清建筑风格于一体，建筑面积相当于十个故宫。

Lvliang,follows the Party for ever.Lvliang is once the main battlefield of the Red Army's eastern expedition,the capital of Shanxi Suiyuan border region and the location of the central rear Committee,the eastern barrier of Yan'an, the holy land of revolution.At the year of 1984,Chairman Mao and other older proletarian revolutionaries had crossed the Yellow River and sleeping in Qikou ancient town, Linxian County,then came to Xibaipo and directed the National Liberation War.June 2017,General Secretary Xi visited Shanxi,the first stop is the revolutionary memorial hall in the border area of Shanxi and Suiyuan,left a deep promise.A loess area,two generations of pilots,different leaders and times,the same feelings and mission.
