  【嘉宾】营销不是光营销产品,一定是营销对方的心,你把我们的产品是怎么做的,和我们想怎么做产品的心,告诉我们的客户就够了,不用营销别的。一旦社会、用户、百姓认可你了,你的房子还怕销么?你这个人好了,还怕没朋友吗?
  【解说1】2001年,全国房地产市场尚处于萌芽阶段,当时的华泰与众多地产企业一样举步维艰,前景渺茫。在此背景下,36岁的孙春田临危受命,带着他的新理念携手华泰地产,踏上了逐梦之路。
  【嘉宾】2001年去了以后呢,我就觉得做开发肯定要拿地,要做项目去赚钱。另外要有好的理念,再就是做一个好的产品,让老百姓去接受我们,这样进入一个良性循环就好了,企业就有发展了。所以我当时就去找地,用我自己所谓的一些眼光吧,找了一些别人不太看好的地。比方说2002年开发的六小花园小区,闹中有静,并且这个小区我去了以后做了半精装和错层,这在黑河当时是首屈一指的,后来我们这个房子卖得很好.从这作为起点,公司就做起来了。我们2004年开始改制2005年挂牌,到了后期改制完以后确实做了一些大的改动,所以有那时候那些基础才能有了今天所谓的小业绩吧。
  【解说2】历经改革的华泰满怀信心、意气奋发,正在用坚守和品质浇筑起了地产行业的新标杆。
  【嘉宾】我们是一个专业队伍,我们有三十多人,我们专业的队伍要吃专业的饭,有一个好的思维,好的定位,好的战略,走品牌路线,做差异化产品,让这个企业走下去。既然要做品牌,那就一定要拥有好的产品,有好的材料,有好的承诺,然后有个好的服务。所以这些年,我们在做房子方面,我们承诺老百姓的事情,没有食言的。这些年来,关于我们的质量投诉、我们的工期拖延、我们的交房,跟老百姓(承诺)不一致的情况都没有,我们现在在黑河地产业里头是第一品牌,我们用的科技、用的材料,包括后期的物业服务,我们在黑河都是第一的,是一个标杆。没有好的质量,说管好物业是个谎言。
  【Part2企业力量】
  【解说3】为了顺应新的市场需求,它不断攻坚克难、探索创新,紧跟时代的脚步,绽放光彩,焕发生机。
  【嘉宾】一个小区大家都讲好风水,好风水就是好风好水,我就说水:2006年建第一个小区的时候,当时大家盛行纯净水进户,再后来出了巴马水的时候,我们都做了。巴马水和我们普通水的区别就是小分子,它是小分子弱碱纯净水。做巴马水的设备没有大的只有小的,直接进不了小区。我就把那设备买回来了,又给我们合作的企业山东水利研究院的赵院长发过去,后来我们就做出来了。我们现在小区的水就是富氢小分子弱碱纯净水。
  再一个就说我们的风。我们黑河的冬天有问题,就是寒冷。寒冷的话开不开窗户,室内空气混浊,能不能让我们黑河的房子,冬天的室内像夏天一样舒服,换风、过滤,加上负氧离子,风进来以后是不是空气就好了,现在也都成功了。我们做的PM0.1,咱们国家标准是PM2.5,我们做得更细,所以我们的房子叫好风水。
  【解说4】在数十年的追梦历程中,华泰地产展示出了超强的生命力,始终不忘企业担当与使命,在风雨中逐梦前行。
  【嘉宾】今天我们条件好了,我觉得应该也去帮别人,包括个人也好,我们公司也好一致在做一些公益。比方说爱心书屋、我们成立公益基金、我们帮扶一些贫困学生。实际上像爱心书屋,是一种文化,是一种城市的标识。原来是爱心书屋,后来我们放大了。放大以后,想着让环卫工人在里头喝杯水啊、暖暖身子啊,真正让全民都能参与进来。疫情期间,我们有个消毒小分队,这个小分队是我们自发成立的。当他们把我们小区做完(消毒)了以后,就想到我们社会也需要一些消毒,最主要的关口在哪里?就是我们的入城口。结果很不巧,我们一个工作人员在消毒过程中犯了心脏病,就在这里倒下了。我觉得我们这个员工真的很伟大:第一他是自愿去的,第二是公益岗位上没了的。老天给我们的一个灾难,我们大家都去(共同)面对。当时李文亮已经去世了,就是国家给赔偿了82万,后来我说,既然他82万,我们还差那么点钱吗。我们也按国家标准给他(赔偿),好在这件事情做的很平稳,家属也没意见。
  【part3企业筑梦】

  【嘉宾】党中央提出“房子是用来住的,不是用来炒的”,我觉得太伟大了,房子属性就是住的,本来就不是炒的。房子既然是住的,就要做到房子让老百姓回家感觉很温馨,感觉很舒适、很安全,回到小区感觉像公园一样。我们要实现中国梦,我们中国就要有发展,不仅仅在应用方面要厉害,在投入方面我们也应该向上发展。把这个产品做好,把我们的理念跟上总书记的的思想,走向更高的台阶,这就是我们助力中国梦的一部分。

  【嘉宾】我们的产品、品质,我们的物业服务还是可以的,我觉得这还不够,能不能找一个好的性价比的东西,放到我们在房子里头,让老百姓在不太提高房价的前提下去居住一个好的房子,这是我们在研发的。

  In 2001,the national real estate market is still in its infancy,at that time, Huatai was as difficult as many real estate enterprises,its prospects are dim.In this context,Sun Chuntian,this 36 years old man,took over this business,with his new concept, hand in hand with Huatai Real Estate,walking on the road to dream.
  【Honoured Guest】When I came here in 2001,I thinked we must take land for development,we had to do projects to make money.In addition, we should have a good idea,then we need to make a good product,let people accept us,this made us enter a virtuous circle,then we got development.So I went to find lands for development then,used my own view,I found some places that others didn't think highly of.For example, the Six Small Garden Community we developed in 2002,there was stillness in the noise.and we built semi hardcover and staggered floors,this was second to none in Heihe at that time,later,these houses sold well.This was the starting point the company began to grow.We started restructuring in 2004 and listed in 2005,at the end of the reform, some big changes were made,so those foundations at that time made us today's so-called small achievements.

  【Honoured Guest】Everyone in a community pays attention to good Fengshui,good Fengshui is good air and good water.Then I take water for example:when we built the first community in 2006,at that time,‘Purified water entering the household’is popular,then,Bama water became popular,we had brought all these in when we built community.The difference between Bama water and ordinary water is small molecules,it is a small molecule weak alkali purified water.There are no big equipment for Bama water, only small ones,can’t be taked into community. So I bought the equipment,and gave it to the chairman of Zhao Institute of Shandong water conservancy research institute, the enterprise we cooperate with,then we successed.The water in our community now is hydrogen rich small molecule weak alkali purified water.Another example is the air.The problem of Heihe in winter is cold.You can't open the window when it's cold,the indoor air is cloudy,can we make our house in Heihe as comfortable in winter as in summer?Change air, filter, add negative oxygen ion,the air quality gets better when it enters the room,now we have achieved this.Our indoor air can reach pm0.1,as our national standard is PM2.5.we have achieved more,so our house can be called as good Fengshui.

  【Honoured Guest】Now we have good conditions,I think we should try to help the others,Our company and the individuals in the company are doing public welfare.Such as the Love Bookstore,We set up public welfare fund, we help some poor students.The Love Bookstore,It is a kind of culture and a symbol of the city.It turned out to be a love bookstore, but later we expanded its functions.We want sanitation workers to have a drink of water and warm themselves up inside,let the whole people participate in the public welfare.During the outbreak,we set up a disinfection team spontaneously.After finishing the community disinfection,we want to help to disinfect the other places,the most important place is the entrance to the city.One of our staff had a heart attack in the process of disinfection and fell down here. I think this employees is really great:First, he went on a voluntary basis,Second, he passed away in a public service post.This is a disaster for us,we need to face it together.At that time, Li Wenliang had passed away,The state compensated 820000 yuan,Then I said, since the state has compensated 820000 yuan, we also compensated these.We also compensate him according to the national standard,Fortunately, this matter has been done smoothly,and the family members of him had no opinions.
