大家好，我是陕西省洋县县委书记胡瑞安。今天我要带领大家走进我工作和生活的地方——洋县。
说到洋县，不得不提一只鸟，这只鸟就是享誉世界的朱鹮。朱鹮曾经广泛分布在整个东亚。但是由于环境变化等种种原因，上世纪六七十年代，朱鹮先后在前苏联、朝鲜半岛等地绝迹。70年代后期，中国科学家历时3年，行程5万公里，终于在洋县发现了世界上仅存的7只野生朱鹮，从此洋县人就承担起了保护朱鹮的责任和使命。为了给朱鹮创造良好的生活环境，洋县人民在农业生产中，自发的不使用农药和化肥。为了保护朱鹮，洋县人做出牺牲的同时，也探索并逐步走上了有机产业发展之路。经过近40年的努力，洋县已经有14大类80种14.1万亩农产品获得有机认证，成功创建为全国首批、西北唯一有机认证示范县。
以有机黑米为代表的洋县有机系列产品，正在大踏步走向国内和国际市场。在朱鹮得到保护壮大的同时，也促进了农民增收，加快了脱贫攻坚的步伐。所以说，发展有机产业是洋县人民因为保护朱鹮而做出的必然选择，同时也是促进洋县产业高质量发展的正确道路，充分体现了“绿水青山就是金山银山”的理念。
洋县地处秦岭巴山之间，汉江穿境而过，是国家南水北调中线工程和陕西省引汉济渭工程的重要水源涵养地，保护好洋县的青山绿水责任重大，使命光荣。正因为如此，我们坚定实施“生态立县、绿色发展”的发展战略，突出发展以有机产业为标志的现代农业，着力打造以生态旅游为主题的全域旅游。
这里有集“秦岭四宝”朱鹮、大熊猫、金丝猴、羚牛，和秀美的秦岭山水，千年古镇，红二十五军司令部所在地于一体的华阳景区；还有万亩朱鹮梨园景区，绵延29公里的五岭油菜花观光线路，也有烟波浩渺，水天一色的金沙湖。我们的特色旅游活动四季不断，一批度假小镇、观鸟小镇、健康小镇加速建设，一批养老养生项目先后落户，洋县已经成为养老养生的福地。洋县具有丰富的矿产资源和良好的工业发展基础，已经探明的以钒钛磁铁矿和石墨为代表的矿产有16种，储量大，品位高，极具开发价值。
为保护好洋县的青山绿水，我们以循环工业为标志严格的环境保护为保障，正在建设以现代材料、生物医药为主的新型工业体系。洋县的历史悠久，人文昌盛。伟大的造纸发明家蔡伦，在此封侯，并长眠于此，他的创新精神激励着一代代洋县人努力奋进。
现在，洋县又走出了共和国勋章获得者、时代楷模张富清，他一辈子坚守初心、不改本色的崇高精神，是我们的宝贵财富。我们正在扎实开展“学习英雄精神、建设英雄家乡”活动，努力把洋县建设的更美丽，让洋县的发展更好，人民生活更幸福。

Hello everyone,I'm Hu Rui'an, secretary of Yang county committee of Shaanxi province.Today I’m going to lead you into the place where I work and live--Yang county.
Speaking of Yang county,I have to mention a bird,this bird is the world famous crested ibis.Crested ibis were once widespread throughout east Asia.However, due to environmental changes and other reasons,in the 1960s and 1970s,crested ibis disappeared in the former Soviet union, the Korean peninsula and other places.In the late 1970s,after three years and a journey of 50,000 kilometers,Chinese scientists finally discovered the world's only seven wild crested ibis in Yang county.Since then, people in Yang county have assumed the responsibility and mission to protect crested ibis.In order to create a good living environment for crested ibis,the people of Yang county do not use pesticides and fertilizers in agricultural production voluntarily.In order to protect crested ibis,people of Yang county made sacrifices and also explored and gradually embarked on the road of organic industry development.After nearly 40 years of efforts,there are 14 categories and 80 kinds of 141,000 mu of agricultural products have been certified organically in Yang county,which has been successfully established as the first batch of organic certification demonstration county in China and the only one in northwest China. Yang county organic series products, represented by organic black rice,are making great strides towards domestic and international markets.While crested ibis was protected and strengthened,it also promoted the increase of farmers' income and accelerated the pace of fighting poverty.Therefore,the development of the organic industry is an inevitable choice made by the people of Yang county to protect the crested ibis,and it is also the right way to promote the high-quality development of Yang county industry,which fully reflects the concept that “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”.Located between the Qinling mountains and the Ba mountains,and crossed by the Han river, Yang county is an important source of water for the middle route of the south-to-north water diversion projectand the Hanjiang to Weihe river project in Shaanxi province. Protecting the mountains and rivers of Yang county is a great responsibility and a glorious mission.
Because of this,we have firmly implemented the development strategy of "building counties on the basis of ecology and promoting green development",given prominence to the development of modern agriculture with organic industry as the symbol,and strived to build a comprehensive tourism with eco-tourism as the theme.There are integrating "four treasures of Qinling mountains" creamed ibis, giant pandas, golden monkeys, takins,beautiful Qinling mountains and rivers,millennium ancient town,and the location of the 25th red army command in one of the Huayang scenic area.There are also ten thousand mu of crested ibis pear garden scenic spot,stretching 29 kilometers of the Wuling rape flower sightseeing route,and vast Jinsha lake integrating water and sky.Our characteristic tourism activities continue throughout the four seasons.A number of resort towns, bird-watching towns and healthy towns have been built at a faster pace.A number of elderly health care projects have settled in successively.Yang county has become a happy land for elderly health care.Yang county is rich in mineral resources and has a good industrial development foundation.There are 16 kinds of proved minerals represented by vanadium titanium magnetite and graphite,with large reserves and high grade,which are of great development value.In order to protect the lush mountains and lucid waters of Yang county, marked by recycling industry and guaranteed by strict environmental protection,we are building a new industrial system based on modern materials and biomedicine.Yang county has a long history and prosperous culture.Cai Lun, the great inventor of papermaking, was conferred a rank of nobility here and died here.His innovative spirit has inspired generations of people in Yang county to strive forward.
Now,Yang county has Zhang Fuqing, republic medal winner and the model of the times,His lofty spirit of staying true to his original heart and not changing his nature is our precious wealth.We are carrying out the activity of "learning the spirit of heroes and building the hometown of heroes",striving to make Yang county more beautiful,to make its development better and people's life happier.
