       七十年代,我们国家是一种缺衣少吃的 这样的一种紧缺状态,而化肥是作为粮食中的粮食。在七十年代,我们引进了13套化肥(装备),当时就落户在云南省,也改写了云南省没有化肥的历史。伴随着中国的改革开放的40年,那么我们紧紧的抓住了几次大的行业的改革,那么逐步成长为一家具有全球影响力的绿色产业集团。近年来,云天化积极融入“一带一路”倡议,依托自身优势,将中国先进的种植技术和农资产品带出国门,助力与合作国家之间的农业互动发展。企业做强做大以后走出去是必然,要秉承一种利他才能利己,要走进去才能真正走出去,就是要赢得我们当地的国家和人民对你真诚的欢迎。以缅甸为例,缅甸的农业的资源禀赋很优越,潜力大,但是农业的种植技术底子薄,缅甸的农业的产值和收入以及种植水平都还比较薄弱。比如稻米,他们亩产现在只有两百多公斤,像我们中国五百多公斤应该是非常平均的了。他们也非常希望有一个具备现代农业技术能力和产品的公司呢。去帮助他们政府推动农业现代化的进程。    
 
       在走出去的过程中,云天化以真诚的态度和独特的优势,赢得当地国家认可和人民的赞誉。我觉得我们云天化的优势呢,是我们优质的产品和品牌价值,特别是我们的化肥是获得了国际化肥协会认证的绿色产品。我们专业化的服务作为我们把中国的农业种植技术和农化服务技术推广出去,我们全球化的管理和本土化的人才的结合,我们不断的在市场上选聘和引入全球化的管理人才。结合到我们走出去的这个员工的传帮带,以及对本土员工的着重的培养。长期以来,云天化始终坚守着主动履行社会责任,自觉回报社会的使命,在实现自身发展的同时,积极参与社会公益事业,助力和谐社会建设。2017年开始呢,我们和缅甸的耶津农业大学共同成立了奖学金计划,但是奖学金是全额由云天化集团提供,每年给六十名优秀的毕业生以及十名学生或者老师,到中国云南农大进行进修的机会。同时这部分优秀的毕业生呢,也是优先入选我们在缅甸的合资公司。我们和耶津农大的合作让他们感到感动。他们觉得我们云天化是真正能够推动缅甸农业现代化,帮助农民增产增收以及改善缅甸农业的种植现状的,这样的企业集团,技术更多是我们的不同种植物的种植解决方案,比如稻米的插秧,到施肥,到喷药到最后的收割。    
 
       整个过程当中,我们云天化有标准化的,专业化的种植解决方案,我们的员工基本就是现场的指导员。通过农民的技术培训会,技术推广会,观摩会,这样的方式,把农民组织起来,去真正学习先进的科学的种植技术,实现互利共赢的一个根本的出路。机会是留给有准备的人。伴随国家“一带一路”倡议的提出,云天化紧抓国际化发展良机,在 “一带一路” 共商、共建、共享的共融专列上奋勇前行。“一带一路”的倡议,为我们企业国际化的进程打开了一个广阔的空间。那么未来呢,我们仍然是在三个方面去聚焦和发展。第一呢,仍然是积极的为了应对贸易的冲突和摩擦,进行全球产业的布局和优化。第二个呢,就是精耕深耕我们南亚,东南亚新兴市场。这个主要做的就是把我们真正的渠道下沉,把我们专业化的服务挨家挨户的去推广。第三个了是做全球资源的整合者,积极发现商机,真正给我们创造一个更广阔的平台。

The basic meaning of community with a shared destiny is to help each other and grow with each other. Through more than 40 years of endeavor, Yuntianhua has expanded its business from Yunnan Province to Sichuan Province, from Pearl River Delta to foreign countries. A history of rise and fall to carry the dreams forward has been written down.
 
       In1970s, our country was short of clothing and food at such shortage state of supplies. Fertilizer is the “grain” among the grains. In 1970s, we have introduced 13 sets of fertilizers. At that time, we settled in Yunnan. This has changed the history of having no fertilizers in Yunnan Province. Along with 40 years of reform and opening-up in China, we took the opportunity of several big reforms in the industry. Then we gradually became an influential green industry enterprise. In recent years, Yuntianhua has actively participated in the “Belt and Road” Initiative. Relying on its advantage,Bringing the advanced farming techniques and agricultural assets overseas, Assisting with the interactive development of agriculture in between partner countries, It is inevitable that companies after expanding will go abroad. We should be altruistic to pursue self-benefit. We should follow “Going-in” strategy to truly go abroad. It is to win the sincere welcome from foreign countries and the local people. Setting Myanmar as an example, the agricultural resources of Myanmar are extraordinary and have a large potential. However its farming technique had a weaker foundation. In Myanmar, the output and income of agriculture and farming level were weak. In terms of rice, every mu (a unit) of the farming field could only produce 200 kilograms of rice in Myanmar. In China, our output is about 500 kilograms per mu, which is very even. We are greatly hoping to have a company with modern farming techniques and products to help their government accelerate the process of agriculture modernization.
 
       During the process of “Going Abroad”, Yuntianhua, with a sincere attitude and incomparable advantage has received the acknowledgement and praise from foreign countries and people. I think the advantage of our Yuntianhua is our quality products and the brand value. Especially our fertilizers have received the green product certification from International Fertilizer Association. Our professional service is to promote the farming technique and agrochemical service technology from China to foreign countries. We integrate globalized management and local employee. We continuously recruit and bring in globalized management personnel. We incorporate “teach, help and lead” in employee management for going abroad and emphasize on trainings for local employees. For a long time, Yuntianhua always takes on the social responsibility and the mission to give back to the society. While realizing self-development, it actively participates in public welfares and assists with the harmonious construction of the society. Beginning in 2017, Yezin Agricultural University in Myanmar and us founded a scholarship, but the scholarship is fully financed by Yuntianhua. Each year we provide opportunities to sixty extraordinary graduates and ten students or teachers to come to Yunnan Agricultural University and advance their education. Meanwhile, these extraordinary graduates are also the first to join our joint venture company in Myanmar. Our cooperation with Yezin Agricultural University makes Myanmar people moving. They think that our Yuntianhua is truly able to foster the modernization of agriculture in Myanmar, help farmers to increase output and income and improve the farming status of Myanmar. For such enterprise, techniques are more often to provide problem solving for different cultivations, for instance rice transplanting, fertilization, spraying and the last step, harvest.
 
       During the whole process, our Yuntianhua has standardized and professional methods to solve cultivation issues. Our employees are basically the guides at the scene. Through technical training, technical promotion and observation meetings for farmers, such methods, we have gathered farmers together to truly learn the advanced planting techniques.It is the fundamental method to obtain mutual benefits. Opportunities are for those who are prepared. Along with the raising of “Belt and Road” Initiative, Yuntianhua takes the opportunity of internationalized development and moves ahead on the “Belt and Road” for the shared growth through discussion and collaboration. “Belt and Road” Initiative provides a broader stage during the internationalization process of enterprises. For the future, we are still focusing on developing at three directions. First of all,In response to the trade conflicts and frictions, we are working on the arrangement and refinement of the global industry. Secondly, we are carefully working on the emerging markets in South Asia and Southeast Asia. This is mainly to truly sink the business channel, to promote our products to each family with our professional services.
