潍坊，一座从新石器时代走来的城市。这里曾是古九州之一、齐文化腹地，是国家级齐鲁文化（潍坊）生态保护区。漫长的历史画卷给予了潍坊不同时期的文化群带，保存了古建遗存1800多处。这里是大舜故里，“明德”彰显、孝悌治家等典故，流传至今；千古一相姜太公在这里封齐建国，保存着三千多年前的齐国古城遗迹；还涌现出北魏农学家贾思勰、《清明上河图》作者张择端、中共一大代表王尽美、诺贝尔文学奖获得者莫言等著名人物，铸就了一段段传奇与佳话。
【天工造物·巧者潍坊】
潍坊，一座艺术荟萃的手工艺之都。潍坊是风筝的故乡，大思想家墨子在这里制作了第一只“木鸢”,从此，潍坊便与风筝结下了千年之缘。如今，世界上70%以上的风筝产自潍坊，每年一度的潍坊国际风筝会，吸引了110多个国家和地区的朋友前来参加。放风筝不仅是人们亲近自然、强身健体的休闲活动，更是寄托情思、放飞梦想的文化习俗。传承四百多年的杨家埠木版年画，是中国三大木版年画之一，入选我国第一批非物质文化遗产名录。
