大家好，我是歌手叶一茜，来自“中国白茶之乡”，福建省政和县，很高兴向大家推介我的家乡。
在我的家乡，有很多的美味，最让我牵挂的味道还是政和白茶。它的香味清远悠扬，茶韵醇厚脱俗，让人一饮难忘。我想正是因为那温暖的海洋季风和肥沃的土壤，才造就了政和白茶独特的山海韵味吧。
而成就政和白茶的另一个秘密，还在于他那独特的制茶工艺。白茶采摘之后，不杀青，不揉捻，在板房、廊桥中延续茶叶的生命，仰赖阳光与风完成华丽的转身——自然萎凋。当鲜叶的青草气消退，伴随而来的是迷人的花果香，也最大程度地保留了茶叶的营养成分。历经时光积淀的白茶，不仅淌进政和人的舌尖味蕾，也淌进了政和人的血脉。他们带着这些茶，走出了福建，来到了京城，经历“万里茶路”送至俄罗斯、欧洲，以至于世界每个角落，为世界带来极致的口感体验。小小的茶碗装的已不仅是汤汤水水，更是一批批老字号的奋斗历史。如今，政和白茶的传统工艺已经被列为国家级非物质文化遗产，还凭借闽北人的辛勤智慧，打造出芳泽后世的茶产业文化。
