      在我的家乡,有很多的美味,最让我牵挂的味道还是政和白茶。它的香味清远悠扬,茶韵醇厚脱俗,让人一饮难忘。我想正是因为那温暖的海洋季风和肥沃的土壤,才造就了政和白茶独特的山海韵味吧。
      而成就政和白茶的另一个秘密,还在于他那独特的制茶工艺。白茶采摘之后,不杀青,不揉捻,在板房、廊桥中延续茶叶的生命,仰赖阳光与风完成华丽的转身——自然萎凋。当鲜叶的青草气消退,伴随而来的是迷人的花果香,也最大程度地保留了茶叶的营养成分。历经时光积淀的白茶,不仅淌进政和人的舌尖味蕾,也淌进了政和人的血脉。他们带着这些茶,走出了福建,来到了京城,经历“万里茶路”送至俄罗斯、欧洲,以至于世界每个角落,为世界带来极致的口感体验。小小的茶碗装的已不仅是汤汤水水,更是一批批老字号的奋斗历史。如今,政和白茶的传统工艺已经被列为国家级非物质文化遗产,还凭借闽北人的辛勤智慧,打造出芳泽后世的茶产业文化。
