盘锦，是辽河入海的地方，是一座轻轻放在湿地里的城市。大家好，我是辽宁盘锦市副市长潘元松，很荣幸也很自豪向大家介绍我所服务的城市——中国·盘锦。
盘锦，得天独厚渤海明珠。蜿蜒千里的辽河与渤海在这里交汇，造就了这座湿地城市、全国文明城市、国家卫生城市、国家园林城市、中国优秀旅游城市.这里宜居、宜游、宜养、宜业，是镶嵌在渤海湾上的一颗熠熠生辉的明珠。
盘锦，海岸赤红天下奇观。顽强的碱蓬草在滨海滩头演绎着沧海桑田的神奇，也染红了一大片盘锦海岸，让这里成为中国最美湿地。
盘锦，苇海浩瀚鸟的天堂。这里有世界上面积最大的的芦苇荡，一望无际,是280多种鸟类的天堂，丹顶鹤、大天鹅等珍稀鸟类在这里繁衍生息，鹤舞鸥鸣，百鸟翔集。
盘锦，冬季冰凌独一无二。深冬之际，在寒冬和潮水的作用下，在北纬40度、中国最北海岸线形成绝对不可复制的冰凌奇观，穿越其中，您既能感受大自然的鬼斧神工，又能挑战自我极限！
盘锦，鱼米之乡胜似江南。近百年来，勤劳、创新的盘锦人民在渤海湾畔开垦出160万亩优质稻田，充足的光照、弱碱性的水质、肥沃的黑土地、较大的温差、螃蟹与水稻共生的生态种养模式，成就了软糯醇香的盘锦大米、肥美鲜香的盘锦河蟹，这里不是江南，胜似江南。
盘锦，人与自然和谐共生。这里有中国第三大油田辽河油田，有产值超过一千亿的石油化工产业聚群，但盘锦人将湿地保护得越来越严、越来越好，将耕地保护得越来越严、越来越好，让盘锦成为一座生态型工业城市。
盘锦，地域文化独具特色。从“唐王征东蟹王搭桥”的故事到“冬去春来古渔雁传奇”，从古镇田庄台兴旺500年的辽河渡口到今天大东北最近出海口的亿吨大港盘锦港，河海交汇孕育了独特的盘锦地域文化。
盘锦，全域美丽景观丰富。红海滩的天然美景、广厦艺术街的文化创意、百年福街的传统民俗、绕阳河的亲水体验丰富多彩。美丽村、民宿村、采摘村、少数民族特色村个性鲜明、星罗棋布。精致的城市，田园的乡村，盘锦全域就是一个不收门票的美丽大景区。

Panjin, blessed pearl of the Bohai Sea.The winding Liaohe River and the Bohai Sea meet here,creating this wetland city, national civilized city,national sanitary city, national garden city,and excellent tourist city in China.Here is suitable for living, traveling and business.It is a shining pearl on the Bohai Bay.
Panjin is a marvelous spectacle on the coast.The tenacious Suaeda glauca at the beach front interprets the mystery of vicissitudes of life,and also dyes a large area of Panjin Coast, making it the most beautiful wetland in China.
Panjin is the paradise of bird with the vast sea of reeds.Here has the largest reed swing in the world,as far as the eye can see.It is a paradise for more than 280 kinds of birds.Red-crowned cranes, big swans and other rare birds thrive here.Cranes dance gulls and birds gather.
Panjin’s winter ice is unique.On the occasion of the deep winter,under the influence of the cold winter and the tide,the ice spectacle is absolutely irreproducible at 40 degrees north latitude and the northernmost
coastline of China.Through it, you can not only feel the magic of nature,but also challenge your own limits!
Panjin, the hometown of fish and rice is better than Jiangnan.In the past 100 years,the hardworking and innovative Panjin people have cultivated 1.6 million mu of high-quality rice fields on the Bohai Bay,with sufficient
light, weak alkaline water quality,fertile black soil, large temperature differences,and the ecological cultivation mode of crabs and rice symbiotic,has achieved the soft glutinous Panjin rice and the fat and delicious Panjin river
crab.Here is not Jiangnan, it is better than Jiangnan.
In Panjin, people and nature live in harmony.Here has Liaohe Oilfield, China's third largest oilfield,and there are clusters of petrochemical industry with an output value of more than 100 billion yuan.However, Panjin
people protect the wetland and farmland more and more strictly and better,making Panjin an ecological industrial city.
Panjin is unique in its regional culture. From the story of “ crabs help emperor of Tang dynasty campaign to the east King” to “the legend of ancient fisherman from winter to spring,”from the Liaohe ferry at the ancient
town of Tianzhuangtai with 500 years of prosperity,to Panjin Port, the hundred million-ton port that is the most recent estuary in the Great Northeast,the confluence of rivers and seas bred unique Panjin regional culture.
Panjin is rich in beautiful landscapes.The natural beauty of the Red Beach,the cultural creativity of Guangsha Art Street,the traditional folk customs of Centennial Street,and the hydrophilic experience of the Raoyang
