青海省·茫崖市 星辰瀚海 油城茫崖

　　“瀚海阔无边，苍茫万顷连”，这里被人们誉为“中国最孤独的城市”——茫崖，昆仑山和阿尔金山在这里交汇，祖国的三大名山在这里巨龙环绕，中间八百里瀚海，这里是最不像地球、最像火星的地方，是可以释放灵魂深处激情的地方。这就是大美至简，寂静之城！一个鲜为人知的“净地”，却极尽浓缩了西部之美。

　　大家好！我是茫崖市委书记柳雪莲。下面，请随我穿越南昆仑北祁连之间的八百里瀚海、穿过世界上最大的雅丹、穿过一带一路上的丝路油画，走进神奇而神秘的茫崖！

　　茫崖地处柴达木盆地西北部，是“丝绸之路”南路羌中道的必经之地，是环疆临甘的交通要道，是青海省 “西大门”。

茫崖，自然资源富集

　　这里地处青新甘三省区交汇的中心地带，格库铁路、315国道、格茫高速、国家重要油气输送管线贯穿全境，是稳疆固藏的重要战略支撑点和西部腹地的综合交通枢纽，也是全省融入丝绸之路经济带的重要门户枢纽和向西向南开放的重要节点城市。

　　初步探明的矿产有石油、天然气、石棉、天青石、芒硝等26种，其中钾盐、镁盐、锂盐三种盐湖资源储量全州第一，在打造世界级盐湖产业基地以及保障国家能源资源安全方面发挥着积极作用。境内太阳能、风能资源丰富，发展壮大清洁能源产业，推动绿色算力应用的基础优势明显。

茫崖，生态地位独特

　　茫崖市平均海拔3000米，年降水量47.8mm，90%以上土地是荒漠戈壁，是我国降水量最低，蒸发量最大的地区之一。复杂多样地理环境造就了山川、河流、湖泊、戈壁、草原、雪山、湿地等自然风貌，其中阿拉尔野生动物自然保护区，具有较完整的原始高原生态系统和珍稀野生动植物群落，野生动物有100余种，其中国家一级保护动物17种、二级保护动物24种；野生植物250余种。藏羚羊、野牦牛、藏野驴、棕熊、黑颈鹤等珍禽稀兽在此繁衍生息。

茫崖，文旅资源丰富

　　茫崖市“三山一盆”特殊的地貌孕育了丰富独特的文化旅游资源，我们全面融入建设国际生态旅游目的地快车道，以“打造五区一高地、建设高原石油城”的思路，规划了花土沟石油小镇、冷湖天文小镇、茫崖工业小镇生态旅游发展构架，积极打造具有地域、文化、民俗特色的旅游产品体系。在这里，可以探神奇雅丹、望天文基地、访火星营地、览众生千佛、赏翡翠湖景、游天边的尕斯湖和大地之眼艾肯泉……。我们以最美的星空、油城、天文、盐湖、雅丹、沙漠盛景喜迎广大游客宁静致远。

　　细数茫崖美景，进入阿拉尔草原，会偶遇一份自然的甘醴（li)——艾肯泉，一幅龙凤呈祥的形象。经过尕斯湖盐滩上的大蓝洞、人工翡翠湖和上千个小盐泉形成了“碧珠玉盘”，如一串串来自银河的瑰丽宝石，艾肯泉+蓝洞盐泉被誉为“中国的黄石公园”。

茫崖，天文产业炙热

　　我们立足资源枯竭的实际，积极探索转型发展的路径。依托冷湖地区暗夜星空资源优势，抢抓国家大型光学望远镜台址遴选契机，全力推动世界级天文观测基地建设。目前，已引进11家科研单位14个项目45台望远镜。同时，依托辖区丰富的暗夜星空资源和世界上最大的雅丹地貌群，积极谋划布局科普教学、科幻摄影、太空环境体验等文创旅游项目。正在成为一片新的创业热土。

Hello everyone! I'm LiuXuelian, the Secretary of the CPC Mang'ai Municipal Committee. Now, Please follow me to through the 800-mile desert between the southern Kunlun Mountains and the northern Qilian Mountains, to through the world's largest Yadan landform, through the Silk Road oil painting along the Belt and Road, to walk into the magical and mysterious Mang'ai.

Mang'ai is located in the northwest of the Qaidam Basin. It is a must-pass place on the southern route of the Silk Road-"Qiangzhongdao". It is a major transportation route around Xinjiang and close to Gansu. It is the western gate of Qinghai Province.

It is located in the central area where the three provinces of Qinghai, Xinjiang and Gansu. The Geku Railway, 315 National Highway, Gemang Highway, and important national oil and gas pipelines run through the entire area. It is an important strategic support point for stabilizing Xinjiang and Xizang, and a comprehensive transportation hub in the western hinterland. It is also an important gateway hub for the province to integrate into the Silk Road Economic Belt. It is an important node city for Qinghai Province to open up to the west and south.

The preliminary exploration of minerals includes 26 kinds of minerals, including oil, natural gas, asbestos, lapis lazuli, and mirabilite. Among them, potassium salt, magnesium salt, lithium salt, the reserves of three salt lake resources rank first in the Qinghai. It plays an active role in building a world-class salt lake industrial base and ensuring national energy and resource security. Mang'ai is rich in solar and wind energy resources and has obvious basic advantages in developing and expanding the clean energy industry and promoting the application of green computing power.

Mang'ai has an average altitude of 3,000 meters, an annual precipitation of 47.8 mm and more than 90% of its land is desert Gobi. It is one of the regions in my country with the lowest precipitation and the highest evaporation. The complex and diverse geographical environment of Mang'ai has created natural landscapes such as mountains, rivers, lakes, Gobi, grasslands, snow-capped mountains and wetlands. Among them, the Aral Wildlife Nature Reserve has a relatively complete original plateau ecosystem and rare wild animal and plant communities. There are more than 100 species of wild animals including 17 first-class national protected animals and 24 second-class national protected animals. There are more than 250 species of wild plants. Rare birds and animals such as Tibetan antelopes, wild yaks, Tibetan wild donkeys, brown bears, and black-necked cranes live and breed here.

The unique landform of"three mountains and one basin"in Mang'ai has bred rich and unique cultural tourism resources. We have fully integrated into the fast lane of building an international eco-tourism destination. With the idea of"creating five districts and one highland and building a plateau oil city", we have planned the eco-tourism development framework of Huatugou Oil Town, Lenghu Astronomical Town, Mang'ai Industrial Town, and actively created a tourism product system with regional, cultural, and folk characteristics. Here, you can explore the magical Yadan, the astronomical base, visit the Mars camp, see the Thousand Buddhas, enjoy the Emerald Lake, visit the Gasi Lake on the horizon and the Aiken Spring, the Eye of the Earth. We welcome tourists to enjoy a peaceful and tranquil stay with the most beautiful starry sky, oil city, astronomy, salt lake, Yadan and desert scenery.

Counting the beautiful scenery of Mang'ai, when entering Aral Grassland, you will come across a natural gift Aiken Spring, which is an image of auspicious dragon and phoenix. The big blue hole on the Gasi Lake Salt Flat artificial emerald lake and thousands of small salt springs form a"jade plate"like a string of gorgeous gems from the Milky Way. The Aiken Spring and Blue Hole Salt Spring is known as the"Yellowstone Park of China". 

Based on the fact of resource depletion, we actively explore the path of transformation and development. Relying on the advantages of dark sky resources in Lenghu area, we seized the opportunity of selecting the site for the national large optical telescope and made every effort to promote the construction of a world-class astronomical observation base. At present, 45 telescopes from 14 projects of 11 scientific research units have been introduced. At the same time, relying on the rich dark night starry sky resources in Mang'ai and the world's largest Yadan landform group we actively plan and layout cultural and creative tourism projects such as popular science teaching, science fiction photography and space environment experience. Mang'ai is becoming a new hotbed for entrepreneurship
