世界长寿乡·霞客眷恋地！大家好，我是广西上林县县长蓝宗耿，非常高兴带大家走进目前世界上最年轻的长寿乡——上林县。
上林是国家生态文明建设示范县，是世界长寿乡，是全国首批国家全域旅游示范区创建单位,是广西特色旅游名县，这里也是“徐霞客最眷恋的地方”，被称为广西首府南宁“后花园”。
【上林·山清水秀桃源美景】
上林是壮锦飘落的地方。很多人用四句话来概括上林的美景美物，哪四句话呢？那就是：三湖一寨一江景，两碑一城一源头，霞客回归长寿乡，争先创优解千愁。明代地理学家徐霞客一生足迹遍及全国，用现代人的话来说，徐霞客就是“驴友”的鼻祖。我们上林也把他供奉为文化的先人。上林处处是美景，让徐霞客坦言：“几至忘行”。上林的大龙湖四周石山环抱、曲折回环，远山岱影，碧水萦回。境内的大明山，满目生机，四季奇景各不同；东红湿地，碧波连天，犹如世外桃源；鼓鸣寨上古民居，穿越百年，见证夯土建筑的奇迹；霞客桃源，泼墨山水，静谧如斯。在上林，您可以高空飞行，在天空鸟瞰上林全景；可以大庙江漂流，有身临其境之感。上林是梦中的诗和远方，在这里，您能体验到田园牧歌般的世外桃源。徐霞客在游记里是这样赞誉上林的美景美物：“风气含和，独盛于此；土膏腴懿，生物茁壮，非他处可及也”。
【上林·食药同源健康美食】
上风上水出上品，美景美物美上林。上林的食材绿色、健康、纯天然。上林大米被誉为“用矿泉水种出来的稻米”，上林八角是上等的调味香料，这两种产品已获得国家地理标志保护产品。大明山茶，香浓味醇；大龙湖透明小银鱼无骨无鳞、味道鲜美，老少皆宜；喝山泉水长大的小龙虾，肉质肥美、鲜甜细嫩。食药同源，吃在上林，上林运用“中医农业”技术，发展生态循环养殖产业，为大家提供健康的“六零”食材。用老百姓的话来说就是“不放姜葱蒜，味道由你说了算”。

上林是一个“山清水秀气纯净，土肥光媚人长寿”的地方，有着良好的自然生态条件。水、土壤中富含有助于健康长寿的硒、镁、磷、铁、锌等多种矿物质；县境森林覆盖率约57%，负氧离子含量超过20000个/立方厘米，是世界卫生组织“清新空气”标准的20倍，常年空气质量优良率达90%以上，被誉为“天然氧吧”、“绿肺圣地”。此外，上林产业快速发展，在大明山腹部发展森林康养基地及特色民宿；“夜间经济”的打造，涌现出了吃、住、行、游、购、娱为一体的澄州水街特色商区，丰富了上林的旅游产品体系。“青山绿水绕村舍，十里常逢百岁人”。据统计，上林80周岁以上约1.2万人，其中100周岁以上83人，百岁老人数量远超国际标准。得天独厚的生态条件是大自然给予上林最富有的馈赠。重慈孝、绿食材、好心态，为上林的长寿画卷描上了健康生活的底色。
