我们霍邱县是位于安徽的西部，大别山的北麓。淮河的中游南岸，我们的国土面积是3239平方公里，总人口是164.5万人。2014年在建档立卡的时候，我们的贫困人口按照当时的一个县两不愁三保障的要求，我们还有差距的人口是17.6万人，当时是占了我们总人口的12.1%。
贫困的原因是多方面的，这个主要是群众的收入，基本公共服务，基础设施条件等等方面。
但是我们霍邱县与其他贫困县有不一样的地方，我觉得应该是两个方面，一个我们霍邱县是革命老区，第二我们是淮河的行蓄洪区，淮河1000公里，流经我们霍邱县是79公里，这个79公里范围内，我们承担了行蓄洪区的面积是901平方公里，占我们整个霍邱县的面积是近28%。加之我们淮河在历史上水患重重。这个给我们当地的群众的财产的损失，经济上的损失是无法估量的。
【解说词】行蓄洪区水来成泽、水去成荒，霍邱的百姓长期过着遇到洪水就搬家、洪水撤退再修房的艰苦生活。新中国成立以来，霍邱县曾26次奉命行蓄洪。
把行蓄洪区的劣势转化为发展的优势，是霍邱县脱贫攻坚战中的一个重大课题。
我们引导探索，我们在行蓄洪区内种植、养殖、水稻加小龙虾。
第一，它是简便易行，千家万户，每家每户都可以养。第二我们水质好，我们水环境好，养出来的小龙虾品质好。我们2019年被中国渔业协会授予中国生态稻虾第一县。我觉得是因地制宜，也是精准扶贫的一个措施之一。
依托我们的水资源丰富，我们可以养殖朗德鹅，朗德鹅主要是产朗德鹅肝为主的，鹅肝，是我们世界上三大美食之一。目前量在我们全国算最大的产鹅肝的大县，也就是说全国最大，也就是我们全世界最大。所以说这样以后带动了我们7000户贫困户来脱贫致富，这个效果也非常好。
同时咱们霍邱还有麻黄鸡。麻黄鸡说起来渊源很长，能够追溯到汉高祖四年，至今我们已经有2000多年的养殖麻黄鸡的历史了。它的氨基酸，包括他的肉质细嫩，鲜美。
麻黄鸡鸡蛋，它就是副产品，带动了群众增加养殖麻黄鸡的效益和收入。
【解说词】脱贫攻坚战的号角吹响以来，霍邱县扶贫路上的感人故事不胜枚举，扶贫工作者们无私的付出绘就了脱贫致富新画卷。
安徽国贸集团一个罗炜同志，2014年按照组织上的安排，派到我们长集镇的七里棚村，担任第一书记。按理说2017年就结束了，这个村的群众联合地按下手印，给同志一定要留下来，继续帮扶咱们这个长集镇七里棚村，因为这个同志在这个村做了很多很多好事，为我们这个村的扶贫，脱贫攻坚他做了大量的工作，群众对他的感情很深，
税务局的一个干部叫韩庆玲，这个女同志。女同志从2012年开始进入到脱贫攻坚的主战场，2012年一直到现在都在坚守在脱贫攻坚的一线，她就一天到晚，整天到晚忙得不停，整天到晚都在村里，都在村里转个不停，后来人家讲她是个铁腿书记。
【解说词】脱贫摘帽不是终点，而是新生活、新奋斗的起点。霍邱县全面摘帽的同时，也在防范返贫、巩固脱贫攻坚成果、与乡村振兴紧密衔接的路上毫不懈怠，坚实迈进。
防范返贫，这个是要建立一个机制的，贫困是相对的，防范返贫也是客观的。我们现在要把所有的贫困户要分成三类，就是容易返贫的，不易返贫的，极易返贫的这么三类。要及时地发现掌握哪些是在这个特殊的时候，又返到我们贫困当中去了，我们做到早发现，早纳入早帮助，早解决。
所以说像这样的帮扶体系不能断，防范于未然，防范不能停，防范措施不能丢。
比如说我们马店镇的一个群众，他生了糖尿病，农村也是这种体力活就不能做了，不能做怎么弄，进入我们帮扶体系里面。帮扶体系里面我们安排我们的干部驻户帮扶，联系人，然后安排公益岗位，提供他力所能及的事。
十四五未来我们通过巩固脱贫成果，实现产业振兴，特别是乡村振兴，能使我们获取的广大人民群众生活了，来生活富裕。
通过乡村振兴，我们达到霍邱县我们1,645,000群众，过上幸福美好的生活。

We lead exploration,we plant, breed,plant rice and crayfish in the flood storage area.
First, it is simple and easy to operate. Every family can support it.Secondly, our water quality is good, our water environment is good, and the quality of the crayfish is good.In 2019, we were awarded the first ecological county of rice and shrimp by China Fisheries Association.I think it is one of the measures for targeted poverty alleviation.
Relying on our abundant water resources,we can breed Langde geese,Langde geese mainly produce Langde foie gras.Foie gras is one of the three most delicious food in the world.At present, it is the largest goose liver producing county in China,Which means the largest in the country, that is, we are the largest in the world.So after that, 7000 poor households were driven to get rid of poverty and become rich,The effect is also very good.
Moreover, Huoqiu also has Mahuang Chicken.Mahuang Chicken has a long history,it can be traced back to the fourth year of emperor Gaozu of Han Dynasty.So far, we have more than 2000 years of history of breeding Mahuang Chicken.Its amino acids, including its tender and delicious meat.
Mahuang chicken eggs,it's a by-product.It has led the masses to increase the benefit and income of breeding Mahuang chicken.
