为什么说是天下奇观呢?
奇台奇就奇在，公元75年，东汉名将耿恭率领500将士面对一万余敌军的围攻，坚守疏勒城一年之久，待援军赶到时，仅剩26名将士，并留下一座名垂青史的疏勒古城。奇台是新疆汉文化发祥地之一，是汉唐丝绸之路上的重要商埠，是清代新疆四大商业都会之一。今天，各民族在这里和谐和睦，共建家园，还有全国唯一的塔塔尔族乡。

奇就奇在，奇台境内煤炭储量多达3000亿吨，是国家确定的大型煤炭基地；优质的金黄色“卡拉麦里金”花岗岩，储量达30亿立方米，是中国石材产业基地县；有耕地220万亩，是全国优质小麦、大麦之乡，按照“全域绿色、部分有机”的发展理念，成功打造了全国绿色高产高效创建标兵县，“奇台面粉”也创建为全国首个面粉类国家地理标志产品示范样板。

奇就奇在，奇台有绵延30万亩的“天山麦海”国家4A级景区江布拉克，这里的小麦一种就是2000年，是全国保护最完整、最早的绿洲文化之一。有吉尼斯纪录，世界最长水往高处流的290米天山怪坡。有1000平方公里的亚洲最大中生代化石群，其中有恐龙沟、硅化木、魔鬼城、石钱滩，素有“恐龙之乡”的美誉。天山巍峨、绿草如茵，雅丹地貌、鬼斧神工，让您在朝霞夕阳、夜色繁星中，领略塞外风光的雄奇与浪漫。

Hello,everyone,I am Ma Xudong,Secretary of Qitai County Party Community.Today I am going to introduce you the profound culture,abundant resources,charming sceneries of this“Silk Road bright pearl”,Qitai County.
Why is it the world wonder?
Qitai is mystical.75 A.D.the famous military officer led 500 soldiers from Eastern Han Dynasty(25-220),confronting the besiege of over ten thousands enemy troops.They protected Shule City for one year.Until reinforcements came,only 26 soldiers have left.A well-known Shule ancient city was saved.Qitai is one of the cradles of Han Culture in Xinjiang and an important business port on the Silk Road of Han and Tang Dynasty.It is one of the four financial cities of Xinjiang in Qing Dynasty.
Today,different nationality groups live harmoniously here and construct their homes.There is also the only Tatar Nationality Town in China.
Qitai is mystical The coal reserves within Qitai reach 300 billon tons.It is the affirmed large coal base nationally;The fine golden Granite,“Karamori Gold”has reserves reaching three billion square meters.Qitai is also the stone material production base county in China.The farming area is about 1467 square kilometers.It is the Land of Fine Wheat and Barley.Following the“universally natural and partially organic”development theory,we successfully created a green,high-yield and high-efficiency pacesetter county in China.“Qitai Flour”has become the first role model of creating the National Geographic Indication Flour Product Category.
