【天地赐福，仁寿巴马】
巴马独享天地之精华，不一样的地磁、土壤、水、空气、阳光等“五个不一样”自然禀赋造就了稀世而神奇的长寿景象。巴马长寿文化渊远流长，自古有之。据史料记载，世居巴马的罗老布生于乾隆十三年，享年135岁。1898年11月，光绪皇帝钦命广西提督府给巴马那桃乡平林村126岁的邓诚才赠送了“唯仁者寿”的寿匾，至今这块寿匾仍被邓家第四代孙 邓荣先 完好保存。巴马于1991年11月1日在日本东京召开的国际自然医学会第13次会议上，被认定为世界第五个长寿之乡；于2008年10月，被中国老年学会授予“中国长寿之乡”。全县目前仍健在的100岁以上老人多达90位。
【多姿多彩，秀美巴马】
巴马具有独特而丰富的自然生态资源、长寿文化资源、红色文化资源和少数民族风情 孕育出了巴马山青、水秀、洞奇、物美、民淳、人寿等 这几大特点。山青，全县森林覆盖率达75%，位于全国前列。水秀，盘阳河穿越地下暗河五进五出；命河酷似一个巨型草书体 “命”字令人称奇。洞奇，境内的百魔洞、百鸟岩、水晶宫等景区闻名遐迩，是广大海内外游客前来旅游的绝美胜地。物美，香猪、火麻、油鱼是巴马的三宝，其中巴马香猪素有“一家煮肉四邻香，七里之外闻其味”的美誉。人寿，巴马是全球公认、世界瞩目的长寿之乡，也是世界长寿人口持续增长的地区之一。同时巴马的红色文化光芒闪耀，是右江革命根据地的中心腹地，是邓小平、张云逸、韦拔群等老一辈无产阶级革命家生活和战斗过的地方，是国家规划实施的“百色风雷，两江红旗”红色旅游线路重要组成部分。巴马民族风情浓厚，全县少数民族约占总人口的85%。每年农历壮族“三月三”和“祝著节”是当地的重要传统节日。2007年“祝著节”被列入广西壮族自治区级非物质文化遗产保护名录。

Bama enjoys the essence of heaven and earth,5 different natural endowments of geomagnetism, soil, water, air and sunshine create a rare and magical picture of longevity.Bama longevity culture has long history.According to historical records,Luo laobu, who lived in Bama, was born in the 13th year of Qianlong. He was 135 years old.November 1898,Emperor Guangxu ordered the governor's office of Guangxi to present 126 year-old Deng Chengcai from Pinglin village, Natao Township, with a birthday plaque of "benevolence is the way of longevity".So far, the tablet is still preserved by Deng Rongxian, the fourth generation grandson of the Deng family.At the 13th meeting of the International Association of Natural Medicine held in Tokyo, Japan on November 1, 1991 ,Bama was considered as the fifth longevity town in the world.In October 2008,it was awarded the title of ‘hometown of longevity in China’ by China Society of Geriatrics.At present, there are as many as 90 elderly people over 100 years old who are still alive in the county.
