我是河北省内丘县县长杨辉，欢迎大家和我一起走进美丽内丘。内丘的美美在文化灿烂。这里是诸子百家程本讲学迁居之地。相传孔子周游列国，路经内丘，与程本“倾盖而语、坐荆论道”，称其为“天下贤士”。这里是扁鹊文化的发祥地，华夏医祖扁鹊生前在这里行医治学，逝后在这里安息，是名副其实的中国扁鹊文化之乡。
这里也是中国邢瓷文化之乡，隋唐时期，内丘是闻名全国的瓷都，中国陶瓷史上“南青北白”的“邢白瓷”就在这里发源兴起，唐代《国史补》中：“内丘白瓷瓯，端溪紫石砚，天下无贵贱通用之”，记载印证着它的繁盛。目前，内丘邢窑陶瓷烧制技艺，已经列入国家非物质文化遗产保护名录。这里还是神码文化起源地，内丘神码被称作“中国木刻版画的活化石”，已经列入国家民族民间文化遗产重点抢救工程项目。

依托丰富的自然、人文、社会资源，我们形成了以扁鹊庙、邢窑遗址博物馆、邢瓷文化体验馆为代表的历史文化游；以寒山、鹤度岭、福寿山为代表的自然风光游；以扁鹊康养古镇、鹊山湖国际康养度假区、鹊山水世界为代表的健康养生游等多条精品旅游线路。通过承办国际公路自行车赛、首届太行山文化论坛等活动，全力创建国家全域旅游示范县。

内丘是太行山最绿的地方，全县森林覆盖率达到42.5%，西部山区森林覆盖率达到90%以上，被誉为“瑶池仙境、天然氧吧”。南水北调工程纵贯全境，国家级湿地公园鹊山湖、省级湿地公园卧龙湖、李阳河等水系星罗棋布，镶嵌在内丘大地，涵养了生态、增添了灵气，处处彰显着全国绿化模范县、全国生态文明先进县的生态魅力。除了生态怡人，这里还宜居宜业，我们培树了西张麻、小辛旺、文孝社区、交台社区等示范样板，
医院、学校、养老、交通等服务设施一应俱全，公园、广场、游园、绿地等休闲场所功能完备；是全国美丽乡村休闲旅游典范县，正在努力打造乡村振兴战略的新样板。

依托独特的交通区位优势和资源环境优势，我们打造了省级工业园区、新型工业化示范基地，推动精细化工、先进装备制造、生物医药等产业绿色转型发展。目前，我们以“中华名果”富岗苹果为龙头，大力发展林果产业；以道地药材酸枣仁为龙头，发展中药材产业，打造中医药强县；
以承办第三届全国中医药文化大会为契机，实施中华医祖医圣堂、扁鹊康养古镇等产业项目，培育新的经济增长点，建设新时代经济强县。

I am Yang Hui, Head of Neiqiu County in Hebei Province.You are welcomed to this beautiful Neiqiu with me.Here it is where Chinese traditional culture scholars gave speeches and lived.Folklore has it that Confucius travelled to places and passed by Neiqiu.
He and Cheng Ben were like old friends when first met and talked about Chinese studies together.They both are called the wise people in the world.Here it is the cradle of Bianque culture.Chinese medicine ancestor, Bianque once was practicing medicine and doing research here.He was buried in Neiqiu after decease.It is the well-deserved hometown of Chinese Bianque culture.It is also the hometown of Chinese Xing porcelain culture.During Sui and Tang Dynasties, Neiqiu is the well-known hometown of porcelain in China.The Xing white porcelain described as “the celadon from south, the white porcelain from north” originated from here.
In the book， Tang Dynasty History Supplement ，Neiqiu white porcelain bowl；Duanxi amethyst inkstone；There is no difference in between two when using.This recorded the prosperous period of the porcelain.Currently, the pottery firing technique of Neiqiu Xing porcelain has been on the National Intangible Heritage Protection List.Here it is also the cradle of Shenma culture。Neiqiu Shenma is the living fossil of Chinese woodcut print.It was listed as the crucial national minority culture rescue project.
Relying on the abundant nature, culture and social resources,we have established the historical and cultural travel represented by Bianque Temple,Xing kiln Archeological Site Museum,Xing kiln Culture Experience Museum,the scenic tour, for instance Hanshan Mountain, Heduling Mountain and Fushou Mountain.Biangque Recreational Ancient County,Queshan Mountain Lake International Recreational Resort and Queshan Water World are the representations of the healthy and recreational tourist lines and other exquisite tourist lines.Through hosting the International Road Cycling Race,the 1st Taihang Mountains Culture Forum and other events,we worked hard on constructing the national global tourism demonstration county.
Neiqiu is the greenest place on Taihang Mountains.The forest coverage rate reaches 42.5%.The forest coverage rate exceeds 90% in the west of the mountainous region.It is reputed to be the fairyland, the abode of goddess and the natural oxygen bar.The South-to-North Water Diversion Project across the county,Queshan Lake in the national-level Wetland Park,Wolong Lake in the provincial-level Wetland Park,Liyang River and other water systems scatter like stars in the sky.Inlaying in Neiqiu,Incubated the environment,Added anima to the city.It shows the ecological charms of this national verdurization model county and national ecological civilized and advanced county.Except for its pleasing environment,here it is also living-friendly and working-friendly.We have cultivated Xizhangma,Xiaoxinwang,Wenxiao Community,Jiaotai Community and other demonstration models.Hospital,school,the elderly exclusive,and transportation service facilities are fully covered.Leisure places such as parks,squares,wonderlands,green lands and so on are fully equipped.Neiqiu is the national beautiful leisure tourism demonstration county.We are working hard on creating a new pilot city to capitalize on the strategy of village revitalization.
Relying on the unique advantages of transportation location and resource environment,we have created the provincial-level industrial parkand the new industrial demonstration base.We have pushed forward with the fine chemical engineering,the advanced equipment manufacture,biomedicine and other industries for green transformation development.Currently, we are led by the production of Chinese famous fruit, Fugang apple.We work hard on developing the forest and fruit industry. Led by the medicinal wild jujube kernel,we have been developing the Chinese medicinal industry and creating a strong Chinese medicinal county.By taking the chance of hosting the 3rd China Pharmaceutical Culture Conference,we have implemented the sacred place for the ancestor of Chinese medicine, Bianque recreational ancient county and other industrial projects.We have cultivated the new growing point of the economy and built the strong economic county in the new era.
