从2008年开始，步长制药发起了“同心共铸中国心”。这十几年，我们足迹遍布西藏和全国四省藏区，13个地、州、市，50多个县。来自首都和全国400家医院的专家和院士，20多个学科和3.2万名的志愿者加医生，为56万少数民族，提供了医疗，为当地培养了一支带不走的医疗队伍。在藏区，设立了四个健康学院和健康大讲堂，组织培训了450多场医生的培训，设立了藏区妇女工作工程，解决了藏区十几万妇女问题和最基本的个人卫生问题，建设了30多个藏区的“四个一”工程，更好地为藏区老百姓服务。
