且末总面积达14万平方公里，是全国面积第二大县，历史悠久、文化灿烂，古西域三十六国的且末国和小宛国位于且末境内；这里是“丝绸之路”的南道重镇和“玉石之路”的发祥地。海拔6000多米的昆仑雪水，孕育了这方土地千年之久；从这里登上险峻雄浑的中昆仑，万千风光尽收眼底，野花盛开的高山草甸、白雪皑皑的群山、星罗棋布的湖泊、九曲十八弯的河流、湛蓝深邃的天空，静谧祥和的村庄，郁郁葱葱的绿洲，描绘出一幅天然壮美的仙境画卷。且末得天独厚的光热水土资源富集，气候干旱少雨，日照充足，昼夜温差大等自然条件，造就了且末风情各异、缤纷多彩的旅游资源和全域发展的有机绿洲。多个民族就在这样一幅画卷中，相濡以沫、繁荣共存。
这里拥有且末的母亲河车尔臣河在内的7条河流，地表水年径流量18亿立方米，地下水储量8亿立方米，丰富的水资源滋养着这片天然绿洲和农业生产区域。从春华到秋实，且末农牧民秉持着对农牧产品质量安全的执着，用自己勤劳的双手，在这片土地上辛勤耕耘。在国家权威有机产品认证机构的支持下，我们编制有机绿洲发展规划，全程对有机绿洲发展提供技术指导和过程监管，推广使用生物农药和有机肥。从种植、管理、加工、销售等各个环节都严格把控，形成完整的闭合链路，让所有消费者能品尝到放心安全的有机产品。
都说物华天宝、人杰地灵，独特的自然条件和淳朴勤劳的老百姓，成就了且末“三宝”：红枣、香蒜、且末羊。我们的且末红枣，源自昆仑山冰雪融水灌溉的20万亩优质枣林，光照时间长，昼夜温差大，有机无污染的绿洲环境造就了且末红枣的特有品质，民间也有“日食六颗且末枣，无须昆仑盗仙草”的说法，且末也被誉为“中国红枣之乡”。我们的且末高原香蒜，主要产于高海拔山区，其大蒜素含量比普通平原蒜高出5到7倍，耐储存，口味香辣独特，被誉为“长寿蒜”。广袤的昆仑草场，草质优良，矿物质含量丰富的泉水和冰雪融水，孕育出的且末羊，脂肪含量低、味美鲜嫩、风味独特，被认证为国家地理标志保护产品。

I am Tuyikun, Head of Qiemo County in Xinjiang.Today it is my honor to be here and introduce my hometown to you.Next, lets take an overview about this little remote city, Qiemo oasis.Qiemo’s overall area reaches 140 thousand square kilometers.It is the second largest county in China.It has profound history and glorious culture.The state of Qiemo and Xiaoyuan, two of the 36 countries in ancient western regions were located within Qiemo County.This is a critical county along the south route of the Silk Road and the birthplace of the Jade Road.The snow water from Kunlun Mountains over 6000 meters altitude has nourished this place for thousands of years.Climbing up to the steep and magnificent Kunlun Mountains, you can have a full view of the landscape.The meadow on the high mountain where wild flowers are blooming The snowy mountains The rivers allocated like stars in the sky Rivers and lakes of many bends The deep blue sky The tranquil and peaceful village The luxuriantly green oasis They illustrate a natural and magnificent painting of fairyland.Qiemo has exceptional natural resources including luminous energy，thermal energy，water and soil resources. Here the climate is arid and lack of rain.The sufficient sunlight,large temperature difference during daytime and nighttime and other natural conditions have established Qiemo with different styles，a plenty of tourism sources and this organic oasis of all-for-one development.Many Chinese nationalities are living in this picturesque place and sharing the mutual benefit and prosperity.
There are seven rivers including mother river, the Qarqan River. Annual runoff of surface water is about 1.8 billion cubic meters.The groundwater reserves are around 0.8 billion cubic meter.The abundant water resources nourish this natural oasis and agricultural production region.From the flower season in spring to the harvest season in autumn, Qiemo farmers have been ensured the quality and safety of agricultural and animal husbandry products.They have been working and farming diligently on this land. Supported by the National Authoritative Organic Product Certification Authority,we have made a plan on organic oasis development. Throughout the whole process, we have provided process supervision and technical support to the organic oasis development. We have promoted the usage of biopesticide and organic fertilizer.Every part of the processes such as planting, management, processing, and marketing has been strictly regulated.This whole process has become a completely closed chain. We aim to produce reliable, safe and organic products for customers.People are describing Qiemo as a treasured and propitious place that incubates talented people.The unique natural resources and the simple and hardworking people have cultivated Qiemo Three Treasures: red date, garlic, and Qiemo lamb.
Our Qiemo red date originates in the quality jujube forest with an area of 133 square kilometers on Kunlun Mountains. The long duration of sunlight the large temperature difference during daytime and nighttime and the organic and pollution-free oasis have brought up the special quality of Qiemo red date.There is a saying, “if eat six Qiemo red jujube daily, you don’t need to get the herbs from Kunlun Mountains”.Qiemo is praised as the land of Chinese red date. Our Qiemo plateau garlic is mainly growing on the mountainous area at higher altitude.The allicin content is five to seven times higher than the ordinary plain garlic.It is shelf-stable and has a unique spicy flavor.It is known as the garlic of longevity.The vast Kunlun meadow, the quality grass,the spring water and snow water abundant in minerals have incubated Qiemo lamb.It has low fat, a delicious and tender taste and a unique flavor.It is certified as the National Geographic Indication Protection Product.
