大家好，我是甘肃省兰州市红古区委书记李荣，很高兴为大家推介兰西城市群黄金节点城市、甘青线上的璀璨明珠——魅力红古。
【大道通衢承东启西】
红古地处兰州、西宁两大省会城市的几何中心，是内地通往青海、西藏的必经之地和咽喉要道，紧邻国际物流中转枢纽甘肃（兰州）国际陆港，京藏高速、109国道、兰新高铁、兰青铁路等纵贯全境，1小时即可到达兰州中川、西宁曹家堡机场，是甘青两省重要的交通节点和连接内地与青藏的物流集散地，也是连接欧亚大陆桥的战略通道。2018年，国务院《兰州—西宁城市群发展规划》的启动实施，为红古融入“一带一路”提供了新的发展机遇，开启了红古建设黄金节点城市新的征程。
【七彩河湟黄金驿站】
红古，是古丝绸之路“青唐道”的东段起点，也是唐蕃古道上“通京达布”的重要驿站，分布周边的炳灵寺石窟、刘家峡水库、吐鲁沟森林公园、鲁土司衙门、孟达天池、马牙雪山等旅游景点，吸引着越来越多的国内外游客慕名前往。这里是国家园林城市、黄河上游重要的生态屏障和水源涵养区，这里也是马门溪龙的故乡、马家窑文化的发祥地之一，有着绚丽多姿的河湟文化、韵味独特的风土人情。我们打造了“河湟之旅”红古山地马拉松赛、山地越野汽车拉力赛和乡村旅游采摘节等特色旅游名片。随着电子商务、现代物流的快速发展、基础设施的配套完善，我们红古已发展成为进青赴藏线路上，集吃、住、行、游、购、娱为一体的，理想中转站和惬意休憩地，仅2018年过境自驾游客近千万人次，是名副其实甘青藏旅游带上的“黄金驿站”。

红古资源丰富，产业密集，历来有“八宝川”“冶金谷”的美誉。这里有亚洲最大的炭素生产基地，以及铝、煤炭等行业的国内知名企业，新落地“国内一流、世界领先”的，10万吨超高功率石墨电极等项目，为红古发展增添了新的动能。伴随着资源枯竭转型城市、“城市矿产”示范基地等四大国家级政策效应的不断释放扩大，我们形成了高端炭素、新型建材、生物制品等七大循环经济产业链。

Honggu is the geographical center of two provincial capitals, Lanzhou and Xining.It is the strategic pathway to Qinghai and Tibet,right next to the International Logistics Transit Center, which is the International Land Port of Gansu(Lanzhou).Beijing-Tibet Highway, National Highway 109, Lanzhou-Xinjiang High-speed Railway and Lanzhou-Qinghai Railway run across the city.One hour to Lanzhou (Zhongchuan) International Airport and Xining (Caojiabao) Airport It is an important transportation node of both Gansu and Qinghai Provinces and the logistics distribution center that connects inland to Qinghai and Tibet.It is also the strategic pathway connecting to Eurasia Land Bridge.
In 2018, the State Council implemented the development project of Lanzhou-Xining City Area,bringing new development opportunities to Honggu for joining the “Belt and Road” initiative.Honggu started a new journey in building the golden node city.
Honggu is the starting point of east Qingtang Pathway on the ancient Silk Road and also an important stop on the south Silk Road to connect southwest nations nearby.In the surrounding areas, there is Bingling Temple Grotto Liujiaxia Reservoir,Tulugou Forest Park, Chieftain Lu’s Government Mengda Pond the Snow Mountain, Maya and other scenic spots,which have attracted more tourists worldwide to come because of its fame.Here it is a national garden city,the crucial ecological screen and water conservation area on the upper reach of the Yellow River.Here it is also the hometown of Mamenchisaurus and one of the cradles of Majia Kiln Culture. There is the wonderful Hehuang Culture and the different folk customs.We created the “Journey in Hehuang” Honggu Mountain Marathon,Mountain Cross-country Rally,Village Tourist Picking Festival and other distinctive tourism name cards.Along with the fast development of ecommerce, modern logistics and the refinement of infrastructure,Honggu has become the ideal transit center and vocational place on the midway to Qinghai and Tibet, encompassing eating, living, transportation, travel, shopping and entertainment as a whole.The number of people on road trips who traveled across the city in 2018 is about 10 million.It is a well-deserved prime stop on the Gansu-Qinghai-Tibet tourism area.
Honggu has abundant resources and clustering industries.Since ancient times, it has been known as “Babaochuan” and “Metallurgy Valley”.Here it has the largest carbon production base in Asia as well as the well-known enterprises from aluminum and coal industries.The new first-class and world-leading100 thousand tons ultra high power graphite electrode and other projects have added new energy to the development of Honggu.Along with the transforming cities with depleted resources， “city mine” demonstration base in total of four national-level political power has been making larger effect.We have established high-end carbon, new materials and biological products in total of seven industrial chains of circular economy.
