Hello everyone,I am Zhang Yanjie, Secretary of Youhao District Committee of Yichun City, Heilong jiang Province! Yichun is located in the hinterland of Xiaoxing'anling in Heilongjiang Province, facing Russia across the river, is the earliest key state-owned forest area and old forest industrial base in China, and the largest forest city in China. As one of the four central districts of the city, Youhao District is known as “Yichun back garden", with a forest coverage rate of 86.5%, It has won the honors of China's suitable working and living Model District,National Health City and National Civilized City. Youhao District is located at 48 degrees north latitude and is among the three most suitable plates for blueberry growing in the world,with 7326 hectares of wild blue berry resources. Since 2009,relying on the blueberry industrial park, the district has grown blueberries on a large scale,with a total investment of 195 million yuan and a planting area of 12,000 mu,which is the largest blueberry continuous planting base in China.The park has successively obtained the SGS global good agricultural standard certification and was awarded the title of the only provincial agricultural science and technology park in Yichun City. "Youhao blueberry" has also won the certificate of the geographical indication of the origin and the honorary title of "top 50 of national Internet landmark products (fruits)" .
The blueberry produced in Youhao District is rich in anthocyanins.The whole process of planting is free from pesticides and fertilizers, and organic green without pollution, has been rated as "the hometown of blueberry in China". On May 23, 2016, General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Youhao for inspection and fully affirming and pointing out the development direction of the Youhao blueberry industry. Over the past few years, we have continuously expanded the brand effect of "Youhao blueberry" and vigorously developed the deep processing industry of blueberry. The whole industry chain from seed, seedling, planting, research and development, processing to sales has taken initial shape.At present, the blueberry deep processing enterprises above the size of the Youhao District have domestic advanced automatic production lines, accurate detection and laboratory equipment and perfect cold chain logistics, and the annual production capacity of various kinds of beverage, jam and preserved fruit, which are mainly blueberry, is over 9000 tons. In 2018, in order to accelerate the development of the blueberry industry to high quality, we successfully introduced the project of producing anthocyanin with a total investment of 110 million yuan.
Our district's tourism resources are all over the region," view flowers in spring, play water in summer, view mountains in autumn, play snow in winter" four seasons are all appropriate,with "natural oxygen bar" and "the city of lung washing" reputation. For two years, for extending the brand of "Youhao blueberry" development connotation,to build a blueberry industry complex with multiple elements of "project + culture + tourism" ,we regularly organize blueberry culture festival every year,with blueberry industrial park, Ruying island, Bomu manor, Lindu sightseeing garden, forest farm educated youth sites for some key scenic spot, take points as line, take lines as surface,built three ecological tourism sector as the theme of humanities, natural and agricultural&industry,which have formed a set of health and vacation, leisure, recreation and integration of the whole four seasons forest eco-tourism industry.
Our district has fully utilized the role of “think tank” of talents,and established the first blueberry (small berry) talent station in China,which integrates functions such as “leading talents, scientific research, office, training and service”. It has 8 functional areas and 8 practical bases. The station has deep cooperation with Tsinghua University,Northeast Forestry University and other well-known domestic universities,attracting 175 domestic and foreign experts to settle in,three universities have established practical base in our district, which provides strong intellectual support and the most efficient transformation platform for the development of blueberry industry.The vigorous development of "Youhao blueberry" has become a "new engine" for promoting Youhao green transformation development.
