大家好，我是西藏自治区墨竹工卡县县长巴桑，墨竹工卡藏语意为“墨竹 色青龙王居住的地方”。公元617年，历史上著名的松赞干布就出生在我们墨竹工卡，这里也是为西藏和平解放立下汗马功劳的原全国政协副主席阿沛·阿旺晋美的故乡。

这里依山傍水，是拉萨的东大门、也是重要的交通要道，拉林公路、318和349国道、507省道穿境而过，来这里旅游度假十分便捷、投资很有价值，我们每年的游客接待量增速保持在10%以上。

在以习近平同志为核心的党中央特殊关心关怀，以及全国人民的无私援助下，2018年10月，墨竹工卡县摘掉了贫困的帽子。如今我们依托格桑花开产业园区、民俗度假村、标准化奶牛养殖基地、现代农业产业园等实体经济，加快推动国家级农村产业融合发展示范园创建。
我们风景秀美的塔巴村与西藏多家旅游公司签订旅游协议，发展“休闲观光、民俗体验、非遗展览、藏式农家乐”为一体的新农村旅游。2020年，塔巴村帕热组接待游客过万，辐射带动周边群众经营茶馆、商店等业态，92户塔巴村群众吃上了“旅游饭”。群众的收入高了，生活环境好了，县城处处洋溢着新时代小康生活的浓厚氛围。

Hello everyone! I'm Basang, head of Maizhokunggar County, Tibet Autonomous Region. Maizhokunggar means "the place where the dragon king in ink bamboo color lives" in Tibetan. In AD 617, the famous Songzan Ganbu was born in Maizhokunggar, which is also the hometown of Ngapoi Ngawang Jinmei, former vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, who made great contributions to the peaceful liberation of Tibet.

Mysterious Territory Colorful Humanities
As one of the important birthplaces of Tibetan culture, Maizhokunggar County has 131 cultural relics and 44 intangible cultural heritages. Here are the sacred lake where the "king of dragons, God of wealth" lives - sijinracuo, the mother temple of Tibetan Buddhism Kagyu sect - zhikongti temple, which has a history of more than 800 years, Dezhong Hot Spring integrating myth and scenery, Songzan Ganbu Memorial Hall, Hor Khangsar Manor and other scenic spots. Precious Treasures Health
Close to mountains and rivers, it is the east gate of Lhasa and an important traffic artery. Lhasa-Nyingchi Expressway, National Highways 318 and 349 and Provincial Highway 507 pass through the territory. It is very convenient to come here for tourism and vacation, and the investment is very valuable. Our annual growth rate of tourist reception remains above 10%.
It is a semi agricultural and semi pastoral county dominated by agriculture. There are millions of mu of grassland and forest land. Lhasa River runs through it. There are more than 70 rivers and rivers in the area, with a forest coverage rate of 36%. Rural Revitalization Happy Mozhu
In the special care of the Party Central Committee with comrade Xi Jinping as the core, and the selfless assistance of the people of the whole country, Maizhokunggar County lifted out of poverty in October 2018. Now, relying on the real economy such as Blooming Gesang Flower Industrial Park, Folk Resort, standardized cow breeding base and modern agricultural industrial park, we have accelerated the establishment of a national demonstration park for the integrated development of rural industries.
Our beautiful Taba village has signed tourism agreements with many tourism companies in Tibet to develop new rural tourism integrating"leisure Sightseeing,Folklore Experience,Tibetan Farmhouse Fun". In 2020, Pare group in Taba village received more than 10000 tourists, which led the surrounding people to operate teahouses, shops and other business forms, and people of 92 families in Taba village had employed in tourism and related industries. The income of the masses is higher and the living environment is better. The county is full of a strong atmosphere of well-off life in the new era.
