大家好，我是中共桂林市象山区委书记蒋伟名，很高兴向大家推介美丽的象山。
漓水潺潺 青山如簪
象山的山水灵动秀美，“江作青罗带，山如碧玉簪。”这是唐代诗人韩愈神往的地方。“水底有明月，水上明月浮。水流月不去，月去水还流”，这是宋代诗人蓟北处士对象山水月梦幻美景的盛赞。象山区汇聚漓江、两江四湖、南溪山公园等多个5A、4A级景区，漓江、桃花江如玉带环抱城区，日月双塔交相辉映。如诗如画的象山景区连续多年被评为“十大最美赏月地之一”，2017年荣选为央视春晚南方分会场。
文化瑰宝 智慧圣地
象山的文化独特、底蕴深厚。走进世界文化遗产、华南地区唯一的史前文明甑皮岩遗址，您可以听到穿越1.2万年历史峰峦的古陶之声，在独山洞穴可以探寻新石器时代古人类留下的“万年智慧圣地”之光。再看唐代的桂州窑，千年窑火不断，生生不息。南溪山上的摩崖石刻，汇聚唐代至民国无数文人墨客忘情于山水之间的咏叹与惬意。开元寺舍利塔与象山普贤塔隔空相望，演绎着唐代鉴真和尚驻锡此处的传奇。继承传统技艺又融合现代审美的木艺根雕，古朴生动，散发着象山非遗文化的艺术魅力。再来到瓦窑特色文化片区，这里有桂林最大的书画、奇石、文玩艺术品交易市场，清咸丰年的百年老字号黄昌典毛笔，闻名中外。
水月交融 和谐共生
象山民族团结、水月交融。汉、壮、瑶、回、苗等41个民族在这里汇聚生活，象山是第二批全国民族团结进步示范区，连续7年获评自治区双拥模范城区。近年来，随着甑皮岩遗址博物馆、侗情水庄侗族文化景区、瓦窑非遗文旅小镇、崇善清真寺改造等系列工程的实施与运营，各民族共有的精神家园更加多彩，实现了 30万各族人民“水月交融、相映成辉”的和谐共生。
物华天宝 诗意宜居
象山物产丰富、诗意宜居。桂林三花酒是“中华老字号”，漓泉啤酒荣获“中国驰名商标”。寻味象山，桂林米粉、桂林油茶、桂林豆腐乳、桂林辣椒酱，都是最传统也是最让人停不下来的舌尖美味。
围绕桂林打造世界级旅游城市，象山“一江三路”各项建设如火如荼。旅游、互联网、生态、康养等现代产业多方融合，文旅、康养项目集群崛起，五大商圈占据全市半壁江山，学校、三甲医院、疗养中心数量均列桂林榜首。

Guilin's landscape is the best in the world, Xiangshan’s water and moon are gorgeous like a painting. There is a beautiful place in China, it is a under construction world-class tourist city, one of the first batch national historical and cultural cities -- Guilin. It is a treasure land given to us by the great nature, it’s the heaven and ideal place of countless people -- Xiangshan.

Lijiang’ water gurgling mountains are like hairpins
Xiangshan's landscape is smart and attractive. "The river can be the green belt, and the mountain is like a jasper hairpin.”This is the tang Dynasty poet Han Yu's dream place. “Moon under the water, moon floats on the water.Moon stay when water run away” “the water still flows when the moon goes away." This is a Song Dynasty poet Jibei’s praise to the fantastic views in Xiangshan. Xiangshan District gathers Lijiang River, Two Rivers and Four Lakes, Nanxi Mountain Park, and several other 5A and 4A level attractions. Lijiang River and Taohua River surround the city like a jade belt, the sun and moon twin towers enhance the beauty of each other. The picturesque Xiangshan scenic area has been awarded as "one of the top ten most beautiful places to appreciate the moon" for many years, It was selected as the southern venue of CCTV Spring Festival Gala in 2017.
Cultural treasure and intellectual holy land
Xiangshan has a unique culture and rich cultural deposit. Walking the world cultural heritage Zengpiyan site, the only prehistoric civilization in South China, you can hear the sound of ancient pottery which traverse the 12,000 years history.In Dushan Cave, you can explore things left by the ancient human beings in the Neolithic age, the light of the "Holy Land of ten thousand years wisdom". Look at the Guizhou kiln in Tang Dynasty, endless millennium kiln fire burning strong. The cliff carvings on Nanxi Mountain gathering countless literati from the Tang Dynasty to the Republic of China the lament and coziness left in the mountain and river. Kaiyuan Temple stupa and Xiangshan Puxian tower face each other across the air, deducing the legend of the Tang Dynasty monk Jianzhen’s preaching. The woodcarving which inherits raditional skills and integrate modern aesthetics is simple and vivid radiating the artistic charm of Xiangshan Intangible cultural Heritages. Then we come to the Wayao special culture area, they have guilin's largest painting, stone literary art trading market, and hundred-year-old Huangchangdian brush in Xianfeng ages, Qing dynasty, which is famous at home and abroad.
The moon and the water blend harmoniously
Xiangshan have solidarity among different ethnics, the moon and water blend harmoniously. Forty-one ethnic groups, including Han, Zhuang, Yao, Hui, Miao and so on, live together at here. Xiangshan is the second batch of national progress demonstration area of ethnic unity, being awarded the double support model city in The Autonomous Region for seven consecutive years. In recent years, with the implementation and operation of zengpiyan site museum, Dongqing Shuizhuang Dong cultural scenic spot, Wayao Non-heritage travel town, Chongshan mosque transformation and other projects implementation and operation, the common spiritual family of all ethnic groups is more colorful, which help 300,000 people of all ethnic groups achieve the"water and moon blend, mirror into the glory", kind of harmonious coexistence.
Valuable products and natural treasures poetic and livable dwelling
Xiangshan is a livable place and rich in products. Guilin Sanhua wine is the "Time-honored brand of China", and LiQuan beer is awarded the "Famous Brand of China". When discovering the delicious in Xiangshan, you can find Guilin rice noodles, Guilin oil tea, Guilin bean curd and Guilin chili sauce, all of these are the most traditional unforgettable delicacies on the tongue.
The project to build a world-class tourism city around Guilin, and the constructions of Xiangshan "one river and three roads" is booming. Modern industries such as tourism, Internet, ecology and health care are integrated in multiple facets, cultural tourism and health care project are rising in groups. Five business districts occupy half of the whole city, the number of schools, grade 3A hospitals and health care centers rank first in Guilin.
