大家好，我是山东省滨州市惠民县委副书记、县长许健。下面，邀请大家和我一起走进惠民。
惠民，地处鲁北平原，黄河尾闾，东临渤海，南望泰山，县域面积1363平方公里。先后荣膺全国绿化模范县、国家园林县城、国家卫生县城、国家生态文明建设示范县、中国温泉之城等称号。
这里文化底蕴深厚，钟灵毓秀。黄河流经惠民46.5公里，孕育了独具特色的黄河文化。传承八百年曲艺盛景的胡集书会，记载千年古城民俗民风的惠民泥塑等11项国家级、省级非遗项目，彰显独特的鲁北地域文化。岁月悠悠，2200多年以来，惠民县历为州、府、郡、县治所，春秋时期军事家孙武，汉代大文学家东方朔，隋朝青绿山水画创始人展子虔，元代杂剧家康进之等名士贤达，在这里创建思想，涵养大众。“知己知彼，百战不殆”。兵学经典《孙子兵法》始于惠民，光照千秋。为传承孙子文化，惠民县创建孙子文化生态保护实验区，连续举办14届海峡两岸孙子文化论坛，展示了中华传统兵学文化的璀璨瑰宝，更擦亮了孙子故里的金字招牌。
这里文旅资源丰饶，宜居宜游。惠民现有4A级景区3家、3A级景区6家，构建起北部孙武古城文化体验、南部魏集古镇黄河风情、东部温泉康体休闲养生、西部森林公园天然氧吧的全域旅游格局。孙子兵法城，一座为纪念孙武而修建的秦汉式园林建筑群，气势恢弘。武定府衙，再现明清府衙原貌，雄浑壮美。魏氏庄园，全国唯一的城堡式地主庄园，设计精妙。宋代古城墙，洗尽铅华，巍然屹立，环城公园绿荫如盖，护城河水依偎环绕，历史古韵与今朝风采交融共生。
这里田园诗意浓郁，处处悠然。惠民境内万木葱茏，层林叠翠，水系纵横，城湖相依，黄河、徒骇河奔腾欢歌，孙武湖、惠民湖随风扬波。在魏集古村落摇一尾乌篷船，便游进水墨画卷里，一方庭院，一笼翠竹，一杯清茶，一派诗意。鑫诚田园集现代农业观光、水上乐园、浪漫花海、鹿小森亲子乐园于一体，使人远离喧嚣，回归自然。孙子故里森林公园森林覆盖率高达92%，是名副其实的天然氧吧，白鹭、雕鸮、百灵等几十种国家珍稀鸟类从这里翩跹而过。惠民温泉富含锶、硒等有益微量元素和矿物质，让您洗净疲惫烦忧，身心畅意旅行。
这里产业优势凸显，活力迸发。这里是全国最大的绳网产业基地，国内市场占有率达80%以上。铝精深加工产业升级蝶变，年产值高达300亿元以上。风电装备制造全产业链部件的80%以上实现本地生产。这里是全国最大的白蜡、国槐生产基地，黄河三角洲绿化苗木交易博览会享誉业界。这里是全国电子商务进农村综合示范县，电商业户达1.2万余户，新兴业态加速涌现，新旧动能转换提档加速。

Huimin sits in North Shandong Plain, the lower reaches of the Yellow River, Bohai Sea in the east, Mount Tai in the south, it covers 1363 km2. It is a National Model County for Greening, a National Garden County, a National Health County, a National Demonstration County for Ecological Civilization, and a China Hot Spring City.
It boasts profound culture and the fine spirit of the universe
The Yellow River runs 46.5 km through Huimin, breeding the unique Yellow River culture. Hu Ji Storytelling Gathering of Quyi pageant for over 800 years, 11 national and provincial intangible cultural heritage items, including Huimin clay sculpture recording folk customs of the millennial old city, highlight the unique regional culture of north Shandong. Time goes by, over 2,200 years, Huimin County was once a province, a prefecture-level city, a prefecture and a county, Sun Wu, a military strategist in the Spring and Autumn Period, Dongfang Shuo, a great litterateur in the Han Dynasty, Zhan Ziqian, a founder of Green Landscape Painting in Sui Dynasty, Kang Jinzhi, a dramatist of the Yuan Dynasty, and other famous sages, created their ideas here to cultivate the public. “Know the enemy and know yourself before winning every war”. Huimin is a place of origin of Master Sun's Art of War, the classic of military science, benefiting people for ages. To pass down Sun Tzu culture, Huimin County founded Sun Tzu Culture Ecological Protection Experimental Zone, held 14 consecutive cross-strait Sun Tzu Culture Forums, showcasing the treasure of traditional Chinese military culture, polishing the gold signboard of Sun Tzu's hometown.

Master Sun's Art of War City, a grand garden complex of Qin and Han Dynasties in memory of Sun Wu. As China’s largest rope net base, it records over 80% of the domestic market share. As aluminum intensive processing industry upgrades, it registers over 30 billion yuan of the annual output. Over 80% of components in the whole industrial chain of wind power equipment manufacturing are produced here. It’s a China’s largest production base of Fraxinus chinensis and Chinese scholar-tree, with the Yellow River Delta Greening Seedling Trade Fair rising to fame. It is a national comprehensive demonstration county of E-commerce in villages, with over 12,000 E-commerce businesses, as new business patterns keep emerging, it sees a faster transition from old business patterns to new ones.
