青海省·班玛县 最美藏乡 三色班玛

　　青海是长江黄河澜沧江的发源地，而果洛是黄河母亲河的发源地。班玛地处青海省东南偶，与四川的色达、壤塘、阿坝三县交界。大家好，我是青海省果洛藏族自治州州委常委、班玛县委书记刘正伟。

　　藏语中“班玛”二字的意思是“圣洁的八瓣莲花”，可谓“出水东南，香溢青川”，是大美青海之如画江南，是秘境果洛之发祥圣地。

　　近年来，我们用“三色”概括了县域特征、发展方向，“三色班玛”的知名度、美誉度越来越高。这里，就让我与大家一道走进“最美藏乡·三色班玛”。

　　班玛是绿色的

　　巍峨雄奇的巴颜喀拉山横贯全境，青海最大的原始森林玛可河林区绵延江河源头，岷江上游三大支流玛可河、多柯河、开柯河境内蜿蜒东流，高山峡谷、松涛碧海，山水画廊、旖旎多姿。走进班玛，您可与林间的珍禽异兽来一场不期而遇的邂逅，可与唯美的山水美景来一次亲密无间的拥抱。走进班玛，草原信步的牛羊群，麦芒长垂的黑青稞，海棠吐嫩的藏雪茶，含羞褶皱的羊肚菌，是班玛群众辛勤劳作、脱贫攻坚、振兴乡村、林下经济的累累硕果，是独特环境孕育下的大自然馈赠人类的地道食材，是见证美食生产品尝天然食材、汲取天地灵气康养休闲的绝佳之地。

　　班玛是红色的

　　这里是承载着红色基因的热土，是红军长征唯一经过青海的地方。“红军沟长征纪念馆”是全国爱国主义教育示范基地。“红军沟”口的石崖上印刻着“北上响应全国抗日反蒋斗争”的红色标语，历经87载风雨洗礼，依然清晰醒目，熠熠生辉。玛可河畔广袤肥沃的土地上，传承着三万余名红军将士坚定不移的红色信仰，延续着二万五千里长征永不熄灭的革命火炬，传唱着红军长征军民鱼水情深红色歌谣。峥嵘岁月、春秋交替，红军精神、世代永存。走进班玛，来一起倾听这枪林弹雨、绝地逢生的长征史诗，来共同感受先烈们北上抗日、改天换地的英雄壮举，让灵魂接受一次红色精神的熏陶和洗礼。

　　班玛是金色的

　　这里有祥和的人文环境和厚重的人文底蕴，既是果洛历史上三大部落的发祥地，也是新时代全国民族团结进步示范县和全国双拥模范县。今天生活在这里的藏、汉、回等19个民族像石榴籽一样紧紧抱在一起，和和与美，共创美好家园。

　　古朴神秘的藏族文化源远流长，历经700多年的藏家碉楼和石刻手工技艺独具一格、精美绝伦，承载着藏族人民的勤劳智慧与非凡创造。最具代表的是班玛马尾钉线绣唐卡和藏族碉楼营造技艺，已列入“国家级非物质文化遗产名录”。修建于公元1600年的青海省“塔林之最”—白扎寺塔林，三代噶玛巴降生于此，声名远播海内外。

　　今天的班玛，在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指引下，正在积极打造生态文明高地和产业“四地”建设，全力谱写“红绿金共舞”的新篇章。以绿色打底，绘就高原净土天蓝水清山秀的最美画卷；以红色铸魂，砥砺藏乡儿女爱国爱党奋发图强的最强信心；以金色创优，打造多元融合多彩绚烂的人文最亮品牌。

　　The Yangtze River, the Yellow River and the Lancang River originate from Qinghai Province, and specifically Guoluo is the source of the Yellow River, our mother river. Banma is in the southeast of Qinghai Province, neighboring three counties of Sichuan Province, Seda, Rangtang and Aba. Hello, everyone. I am Liu Zhengwei, Secretary of the Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Standing Committee and the Banma County Committee in Qinghai Province.

　　In Tibetan language, “Banma” means“holy lotus flower of eight petals”. It can be described as “with water sources in southeast Qinghai, it is a fascinating place in the Qinghai & Sichuan region”. It is a picturesque place in Qinghai with southern Yangtze style, and the birthplace of the mystery land of Guoluo.

　　Since recent years, we use “three-color” to summarize the features and development paths of the county. The “Three-color Banma” is more and more famous and reputable. So, please come with me to explore“Most Beautiful Tibetan Town – Three-color Banma”

　　Banma is Green

　　The spectacular and lofty Bayan Har Mountains go across its territory. Mako River Forest, the largest virgin forest in Qinghai covers around the sources of rivers. The three tributaries from upper stream of Min River–Mako River, Doko River and Keko River – meander eastwards. All look like a colorful scenic gallery, illustrating the mountains, valleys, forests and rivers. As you are visiting Banma, you may encounter some unusual bird or animal from forests and embrace the exquisite natural views of mountain and river. As you are visiting Banma, you will witness the strolling herds of sheep and cattle, the harvesting highland black barley, blossom Tibetan thamnolia vermicularia, and wrinkled morchella. They are the great achievement of Banma people from their hard work on poverty-eradication, rural-revitalization, and forest-based economic development. They are the authentic food ingredient from the natural endowment in unique environment. It is a place to enjoy natural and delicious food ingredients, and also an excellent place to relax and maintain health in good natural aura.

　　Banma is Red

　　Here is the land bearing the communist spirit. It is the only place in Qinghai, which is on the route of the Long March. The “Red Army Valley Long March Museum” is a national patriotism education demonstration base. The slogan “Go north in respond to the countrywide resistance against Japanese invasion and anti-Chiang fight” is engraved in red color in the cliff by the entrance of “Red Army Valley”. After weathering of 87 years, the words are still shining and striking. The legacy of firm belief in communism from over thirty thousand Red Army soldiers is inherited, the inextinguishable revolution torch of the Long March is passed on, and the red folk songs on military-civilian bonding relationship are widely sung on the vast and fertile land by the Mako River. Year by year since the eventful time, the Red Army spirit lives generation to generation. When you are visiting Banma, come to listen to the Long March epic together about hail of bullets and narrow escapes, come to feel the greatness of the pioneers who went north for their heroic and historic deeds of fighting against Japanese invasion, and come to be edified and baptized in your soul by the red spirit.

　　Banma is Golden

　　Here has harmonious humanity environment and rich humanity deposits. It is the birthplace of three major tribes in the history of Guoluo, and also an Ethnical Unity Development Pilot County and Double Support Model City of China in the new era. The residents of 19 ethnics here, such as Tibet, Han and Hui, nowadays live together like pomegranate seeds embracing one another. Harmoniously and happily, they build their homeland together.

　　The primitive and mysterious Tibetan culture is long standing and well established. The Tibetan Fortress and stone carving techniques are delicate with styles of their own. They carry the diligence, wisdom and extraordinary innovation of the Tibetan people. Among which, the most representative ones are Banma pin thread embroider Thangka and Tibetan Fortress Building techniques, which are already included in the State-Level Intangible Cultural Heritage List. The “Ultimate Pagoda Forest” of Qinghai Province, Baizha Temple Pagoda Forest, which was built in 1600 A.D. is famous in China and abroad, as the third generation of Karmapa was born here.

　　Under the guidance of Socialism Ideology of Chinese Characteristics for a New Era by President Xi Jinping, the Banma nowadays is proactively building the highland of eco-civilization and the “Four Bases”, sparing no effort to draft the new chapter of “Red-Green-Golden Joint Prosperity”. Green color is used as the foundation, to illustrate the most beautiful image of the plateau with blue sky, pure land and clean water. Red color is motivating the strong confidence from citizens of this Tibetan town to love the country, love the Party and work energetically. Golden color is used to create excellence and forge the brightest humanity brand of colorful diversity and fusion.
