       梦想的是有许多种的,而且是有许多标准的,而且我认为它是节节高的。北京稻香村早期的梦想很低层次的,只是多产多销,多获得利润,多上缴税收。那是我三十年前的想法。所以现在我的想法呢,就是你的管理要节节高,你的生产要节节高,你的销售要节节高,你的服务要节节高,包括你的售后环境也要节节高。对消费者的服务,用什么服务? 用心服务,什么时候也不能做成金镶于外而败絮其中,也就是消费者买了,那算成功了。什么时候市场点头了,站在新的起点,北京稻香村与万千企业一样,将继续经受市场的洗礼和考验,奋力把中国文化传播到世界各地。 
 
       现在我们正在做自己直接的出口权,华人聚集区最畅销。他们并不是需要这一块糕点吃,更主要的是解决了他思想上的怀乡的这种情怀,所以应该向这样的地区发展。引领这个行业走出国门,能够像一棵树发展的,让它枝繁叶茂,让它能够遮阴的地方越来越大,越来越大,把真实的事情做得越来越好,越来越符合市场规则,越来越得到消费者的认同。这也算支持了中国梦的实现吧。
